• During a robbery in Zimbabwe, the bank robber shouted to everyone in the bank: "Don't move. The money belongs to the State. Your life belongs to you."

Everyone in the bank laid down quietly. This is called "Mind Changing Concept” Changing the conventional way of thinking.

When a lady lay on the table provocatively, the robber shouted at her: "Please be civilized! This is a robbery and not a rape!"

This is called "Being Professional” Focus only on what you are trained to do!

When the bank robbers returned home, the younger robber (MBA-trained) told the older robber (who has only completed Year 6 in primary school): "Big brother, let's count how much we got."

The older robber rebutted and said: "You are very ******. There is so much money it will take us a long time to count. Tonight, the TV news will tell us how much we robbed from the bank!"

This is called "Experience.” Nowadays, experience is more important than paper qualifications!

After the robbers had left, the bank manager told the bank supervisor to call the police quickly. But the supervisor said to him: "Wait! Let us take out $10 million from the bank for ourselves and add it to the $70 million that we have previously embezzled from the bank”.

This is called "Swim with the tide.” Converting an unfavorable situation to your advantage!

The supervisor says: "It will be good if there is a robbery every month."

This is called "Killing Boredom.” Personal Happiness is more important than your job.

The next day, the TV news reported that $100 million was taken from the bank. The robbers counted and counted and counted, but they could only count $20 million. The robbers were very angry and complained: "We risked our lives and only took $20 million. The bank manager took $80 million with a snap of his fingers. It looks like it is better to be educated than to be a thief!"

This is called "Knowledge is worth as much as gold!"

The bank manager was smiling and happy because his losses in the share market are now covered by this robbery.

This is called "Seizing the opportunity.” Daring to take risks!

So who are the real robbers here?

  • "Kanayo O. Kanayo is more than just the ‘r!tual man’ we all watched growing up — he’s a real-life king with a heart of gold.

I remember back then People knew my face, but not my name. I felt stuck. But today I'm privileged to act with a king I have always admired .

I got a chance to audition for a classic movie — and guess who was playing the lead? The man himself, Kanayo O. Kanayo.

After my audition, I heard he told the director, ‘That boy reminds me of me when I started — give him the role.’ I was shocked.

On set, he didn’t treat me like a small boy. He guided me, gave me acting tips, corrected me with love, and told me, ‘Don’t just act, connect with the people.’

That movie has opened doors for me.

He didn’t just inspire me with his past — he helped shape my future.

The king, I’m proud to say I stand tall today because you lifted me that movie alone has taken me places and I will keep appreciating you.”

  • *COMMUNICATION IN MARRIAGE IS A COVENANTAL Lifeline

Communication in marriage is not a luxury—it is a lifeline. It sustains emotional connection, resolves conflict, nurtures intimacy, and affirms love. When communication breaks down, the relationship begins to starve. The words you speak—or withhold—have the power to build or break your home. Silence is not always golden; sometimes, it’s lethal.

THE SILENT TREATMENT IS A DANGEROUS WEAPON

The silent treatment is not maturity—it’s manipulation. It is the weapon of the emotionally immature, used to punish rather than to heal. It seeks to gain control by withholding presence, affection, and resolution. Rather than addressing issues with grace and truth, it creates emotional torture, confusion, and rejection. It becomes a breeding ground for bitterness and resentment.

SILENCE INVITES THE ENEMY INTO THE MARRIAGE BED

When one spouse chooses to shut down emotionally, Satan finds an open door to whisper lies, exaggerate offenses, and magnify distance. Every hour of silence gives the enemy uncontested influence. Marital silence becomes spiritual noise, echoing division, and promoting separation. As Scripture reminds us, “Do not give the devil a foothold” (Ephesians 4:27). Prolonged silence is a foothold.

    DISAGREEMENTS ARE HEALTHY—DIVISION IS NOT

Disagreements are not signs of a broken marriage—they are signs of two thinking, growing individuals working out oneness. Emotionally mature spouses can disagree on topics without tearing the relationship apart. They do not allow one subject of contention to shut down the entire flow of love, respect, or communication. They remain relationally connected even in moments of tension.

EMOTIONALLY MATURE SPOUSES COMMUNICATE THROUGH CONFLICT

In healthy marriages, spouses do not use silence as a shield or sword. Instead, they lean into dialogue, even when it's difficult. They listen, reflect, and respond with emotional intelligence and spiritual maturity. They understand that silence solves nothing and often creates more wounds than words ever could. Choosing discussion over distance is the path of maturity.

AGREEING TO DISAGREE IS A SIGN OF STRENGTH, NOT WEAKNESS

Sometimes the healthiest thing a couple can say is, “We may not agree right now, but we still choose unity.” Agreement in every opinion is not the goal; unity in love and respect is. Agreeing to disagree allows space for individuality without threatening the oneness of the covenant. It keeps the door of understanding open and prevents unnecessary emotional shutdown.

KEEP THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION OPEN AT ALL COSTS

Even during conflict, always leave the door open for dialogue. Say things like, “I need time to think, but I’m not walking away,” or “I love you, but let’s talk when we’re both calm.” These phrases preserve the emotional connection while creating space for clarity. Never let a disagreement silence the entire relationship.

RECLAIM YOUR MARRIAGE WITH CONSISTENT, HONEST COMMUNICATION

Healing begins with humility and honesty. Even if the conversation is uncomfortable, it is worth having. Regular, respectful communication cultivates trust, emotional safety, and long-term unity. Ask questions. Listen deeply. Speak with grace. Share feelings without blame. Rebuild intimacy one conversation at a time. Silence divides, but godly communication restores.

  • The Truth About Your Body.

    Let’s talk

Your body is not a taboo—not a shame, not a filter.
But why twist your face like rotten eggs smell,
    When I speak shaka-and-bulous truths?

    Listen.

Why gag the truth when silence kills?
Biology without pictures is watered Biography—
A text lacking lens, sparks and steeze of conveyance.

Cringing at the attached conjuring photo,
    Then calling it suggestive—
    Forgetting its the motor,
That gives it a finish touch - "Expressive".

This is the major reason the girl child d1es slowly because s*x education is not taught even in hospitals.

They are rarely groomed with these in schools now because they feel there's nothing there.

Girls drown in silence, when their bodies become a mystery—

But instead of teaching them to understand their bodies, you make it look like s1n— You shame their fire, call their questions “wild”?
Then, when they set loose to explore, you call it untamed— what a world!

You deliberately choose not to tell them that urge isn’t evil—it’s power in motion, that can be transmuted.
Yet you leave them blind, raw, and stripped of their armor.

You ignore showing them "cycles" aren’t curses—it’s science!
Withholding their very arms of wisdom, shooting them with whispers of guilt.

Your nonchalance brews infections during their childhood while it blooms till adulthood where infertility takes root—
Digging deeper into their very core,
And then you jump from one pastor to another calling it "spiritual lock."
A harvest of pain you could’ve disarmed her.

You flinch when I name your hips, your blood, your bones in prints—
The fine blueprint of your existence.

Shying away from every discussion about understanding how sexuality works and then when the body is on reverse mode—

You beg doctors to fix your out-of-place body chemistry…
    Is this not Crazy? Hypocrisy?
Let’s call it a BROKEN MENTALITY.

You’re here to learn—to heal, grow, survive.
Not every post’s for you, but someone’s alive_
    Because when you hit “share,”
You lit up a spark in the dark of another.

Stop feeling off, because of a post that doesn't connect to you.

    Own your body.
    Own your story.

Silence dies when you weaponize the truth’s flame.
That female in your circle needs this.
    Your timeline’s a lifeline.
If you scroll past? That’s cold.

    Someone’s daughter,
    Someone's wife,
    Someone's mother,
    Someone's aunt,
    Someone's sister,

    Clutches this post like gold.
Share it loud. Let the algorithm scream, so that someone’s healing will start with you.

    This is not Sexual Rebellion—
This is Conceptual Reclamation of your Flesh, Fire and Fate.

Your biology is a masterpiece, not a debate.

The Truth About Your Body. Let’s talk Your body is not a taboo—not a shame, not a filter. But why twist your face like rotten eggs smell, When I speak shaka-and-bulous truths? Listen. Why gag the truth when silence kills? Biology without pictures is watered Biography— A text lacking lens, sparks and steeze of conveyance. Cringing at the attached conjuring photo, Then calling it suggestive— Forgetting its the motor, That gives it a finish touch - "Expressive". This is the major reason the girl child d1es slowly because s*x education is not taught even in hospitals. They are rarely groomed with these in schools now because they feel there's nothing there. Girls drown in silence, when their bodies become a mystery— But instead of teaching them to understand their bodies, you make it look like s1n— You shame their fire, call their questions “wild”? Then, when they set loose to explore, you call it untamed— what a world! You deliberately choose not to tell them that urge isn’t evil—it’s power in motion, that can be transmuted. Yet you leave them blind, raw, and stripped of their armor. You ignore showing them "cycles" aren’t curses—it’s science! Withholding their very arms of wisdom, shooting them with whispers of guilt. Your nonchalance brews infections during their childhood while it blooms till adulthood where infertility takes root— Digging deeper into their very core, And then you jump from one pastor to another calling it "spiritual lock." A harvest of pain you could’ve disarmed her. You flinch when I name your hips, your blood, your bones in prints— The fine blueprint of your existence. Shying away from every discussion about understanding how sexuality works and then when the body is on reverse mode— You beg doctors to fix your out-of-place body chemistry… Is this not Crazy? • 20 WAYS TO BEFRIEND YOUR PARTNER:
I decided to write this list because someone asked " How can I be a friend to my Lover?"
A friend is someone who understands you and adds value to your life.
The popular saying says," Marry your friend or befriend anyone you marry".
    1. Speak to her softly instead of shouting.
    2. ‍Always make her smile and crack jokes for her. Stare at her face and Smile, if she asks why smiling. Tell her she's beautiful; laugh when she cracks jokes or says something funny. Frowning always is not spiritual.
    3. Walk a distance together.
    4. Hang out together at eateries.
    5. Watch movies (wrestling, football, and Christian films) and play games together.
    6. Fulfill purpose by going into ministration together.
    7. Write love letters to each other.
    8. Read books together.
    9. Read the Bible together.
    10. Pray together.
    11. Sing praises and worship together.
    12. Shop for her.
    13. Speak your dialect.
    15. Call her sweet names (Honey, Gem, Gold, my heartbeat, my sugar...)
    16. Coauthor a book.
    17. Cook for her.
    18. Seek her advice and follow it as the spirit leads.
    19. Discuss your plans with her.
    20. Keep your money with her. Support him financially.
Above all thy getting, befriend her, and watch things work for you in your relationship.
Marriage is too long for you to journey with your boss, not a friend.
It's absurd for you to be in a relationship and still have opposite sex Bestie somewhere else.
A relationship thrives when you start with friendship!
    Marry your friend!
    Befriend your Lover!
    Marry your talking mate!
    Marry your purpose mate!
    Marry your spiritual mate!
Marry your genotype mate! (You should marry someone your genotype is compatible with. AA should marry AS. AA should marry SS)
    Marry your academic mate!
    Marry your playmate!

  • Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe

    Ingredients:
    For marinating:

1 kg chicken (drumsticks or thighs)
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp paprika or cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

    For coating:
    2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornflour (for extra crisp)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp baking powder (optional – helps make it airy)

    Oil for deep frying

    Preparation Steps:
    1. Marinate the Chicken (Minimum 2 hours or overnight)
Mix buttermilk with salt, pepper, and spices.

Add chicken, making sure it’s fully coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor and tenderness.

    2. Prepare the Coating
In a large bowl, mix flour, cornflour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and other spices.

Optional: For extra crunch, you can double-dip — dredge in flour, dip in buttermilk again, and dredge once more in flour.

    3. Heat the Oil
Heat vegetable or sunflower oil in a deep pan to 170–180°C (340–360°F). Don’t overcrowd the pan to keep the temperature steady.

    4. Fry the Chicken
Shake off excess marinade and dredge chicken in the flour mixture.

Press the flour onto the chicken to create a rough, craggy texture.

Fry 3–4 pieces at a time for 10–15 minutes, depending on size, turning occasionally.

Chicken is done when it’s golden brown and the internal temp reaches 75°C (165°F).

    5. Drain and Serve
Place fried chicken on a rack or paper towel to drain excess oil.

Let it rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
