• Nothing is safe anymore.”
    That’s what they say.
    But let’s pause… and breathe.
Not everything is out to get you.
Not every bite will destroy you.
    Not every product is poison.
    Yes—there’s a lot to unlearn.
Yes—our world is filled with synthetic this, processed that, fake flavors and louder lies.
    But guess what?
There’s still so much that is safe.
    So much that still works.
    So much that still heals.
    Nature didn’t forget you.
    Boiled eggs still bless.
    Fresh vegetables still protect.
    Sunlight still energizes.
    Water still purifies.
    Rest still restores.
Love still regulates your nervous system.
    You are not powerless.
    You are not doomed.
    You are just waking up.
And when you wake up—really wake up—
You begin to choose better, not out of fear, but from wisdom.
So no, not everything is safe.
    But you can become safer.
Your kitchen can become a pharmacy.
Your plate can become a prayer.
Your body can become a place of peace again.
Keep learning. Keep choosing. Keep healing

  • *Introduction:*

*Ancient people* recognized the *Rainbow* as a sign of peace and of harmony . The ancient Hebrews recognized it as a sign given by the Creator that he wants all living things to live and to flourish in peace and harmony; all clans, all tribes, all colors, all faiths, all nations. That between us there should be no division but mutual respect and appreciation 👏🏻 of one another's gifts as well as of our differences. In this way we enrich one another by reflecting to one another the beauty and magnificence of the Creator....

"When the Rainbow appears in the clouds I will remember the everlasting promise
between me and all living beings on Earth ."

💁🏻‍♀️ Once upon a time, all the colors in the world started to quarrel; each claimed that they were the best 🫶, the most important , the most useful 🫴, or the most favorite .

*Green * said, "Clearly I am the most important. I am the sign of life and hope. I was chosen for the grass , the trees and the leaves . Without me all the animals would die. Look out into the countryside and you will see that I am in the majority."

*Blue * interrupted, "You only think about the , but consider the sky and the sea . It is the Water that is the basis of life and this is drawn up by the clouds from the blue sea. The sky gives space, and peace and serenity. Without my peace you would all be nothing but busybodies."

*Yellow * chuckled: "You are all so serious. I bring laughter, gaiety and warmth into the . The is yellow, the is yellow, the stars are yellow. Every time you look at a the whole world starts to smile. Without me there would be no fun ."

*Orange * next started to blow its own trumpet, "I am the color of health and strength . I may be scarce but I am precious because I serve the inner needs of human life . I carry all the important vitamins. Think of the carrots, the pumpkins and the oranges . I don't hang around all the time, but when I fill the sky at sunrise , or give you a majestic , to admire, my beauty is so striking that no one ever gives another thought to any of you!"

*Red * could stand it no longer. Red shouted out, "I'm the ruler of you all. Blood, life's blood. I am the color of danger and bravery . I am willing to fight for a cause. I bring fire in the blood. Without me the would be as empty as the moon . I am the color of passion and of , the red , the poinsettia
    and the poppy."

*Purple 🩷* rose up to its full height. He was very tall and spoke with great pomp: "I am the color of royalty and power . Kings🫅🏻, chiefs and bishops have chosen me, for I am the sign of authority and of wisdom. People do not question me. They listen and obey."

*Indigo * spoke more quietly than the others, but just as determinedly. "Think of me , I am the color of silence . You hardly notice me but without me you all become superficial. I represent thought and reflection, twilight and deep waters You need me for balance and contrast, for prayer 🙇🏻‍♀️and inner peace."

And so all the colors went on boasting, each convinced that they were the best. Their quarrelling grew louder and louder. Suddenly there was a startling flashof brilliant white lightning; thunder rolled and boomed out. The suddenly Rain
started to pour down relentlessly. The colors all crouched down in fear, drawing close to one another for comfort.

*Then Rain spoke:* "You foolish colors, fighting amongst yourselves, each trying to dominate the other. Did you not know that the Creator made you all, each for a special purpose, unique and different. The Creator loves you all, he wants you all. Join hands with one another and come with me. He will stretch you across the sky in a great bow of color as a reminder that He loves you all, that you can live together in peace , a promise that he is with you, a sign of hope for all for tomorrow ."

So whenever He uses a good Rain to wash the world He puts the Rainbow in the sky, and when we see it we should remember that He wants us all to appreciate 👏🏻, and live with, each other in peace and not try to fight and dominate 🤜🏻 everyone.

  • *THE RESTORER'S DAILY GUIDE*

    DATE: MONDAY 2ND JUNE 2025

THEME: *THE VALUE OF TRUE WEALTH*

    MEMORIZE
    Proverbs 8:11
For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.

    READ
    Proverbs 8:10-21
Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold.
For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.
I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.
The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.
By me kings reign, and princes decree justice.
By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth.
I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness.
My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver.
I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment:
That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures.

    THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
*In the realm of true wealth, money is never mentioned.*

    MESSAGE
Today's text shows that some things are more valuable than money.

In the realm of true wealth, money is never mentioned.

When God talks about true wealth, He does not consider money. It's only men that consider money as wealth...

Unfortunately, that is what most people know about riches and wealth.

Joseph entered Egypt with nothing physically but he rose to the highest position in the land by a higher economic value than money; in a process of time, he bought all the land of Egypt and the people who once bought him with a higher currency than silver and gold...

Daniel entered Babylon as a slave and had more influence than the king Nebuchadnezzar...
True wealth is not measured by silver and gold or money. Real wealth is the economy of higher values that money pales in comparison with.

True wealth is eternal, durable and higher in value than all that can be desired by men.

Those who possess true riches can not be "broke" in this life.

Unfortunately, many are so poor and miserably wretched; all they have is money. Sadly, many will never know how true this is until they are faced with situations that can not be arrested by money.

When life-threatening situations place demands on men, that is when we know how valueless money is in the days of wrath.

When spirits that can not be bribed or bought with money place demands on men and all they can provide as a ransome is money they end up losing their lives...

Death has no regard for your money. God has no regard for your money. In the first place, all the money belongs to Him.

Beloved, it is possible to be wealthy in silver and gold and yet bankrupt of true wealth before God and spirits.

The Laodicean church in the book of Revelation bragged about her riches in silver and gold but was seen by the LORD as wretched, poor, miserable, blind and naked... [Revelation 3:14-18]

True wealth is having Christ in your heart and living a godly life with sound character and wisdom before the LORD.

    ACTION STEPS
    1. Prayerfully meditate on today's devotional guide again.
    2. Prioritise God's word and wisdom in your life above everything else.
    3. Seek godly character and wisdom from the Lord above silver and gold.

    REMEMBER
*In the realm of true wealth, money is never mentioned.*

    PRAYERS
Dear heavenly Father, Thank you for today's devotional guide. I subscribe to true wealth from you today, make me wealthy according to your own standard of true wealth and keep me as the apple of your eyes in Jesus' name. Amen.

    DAILY READING: Psalms 49-50; Proverbs 8-9; Matthew 14-15;

    HYMN
What a Friend we have in Jesus,
All our sins and griefs to bear !
    What a privilege to carry
Everything to God in prayer !
Oh, what peace we often forfeit,
Oh, what needless pain we bear------
All because we do not carry
Everything to God in prayer !

    2
Have we trials and temptations ?
    Is there trouble anywhere ?
    We should never be discouraged ;
Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Can we find a Friend so faithful,
Who will all our sorrows share?
    Jesus knows our every weakness-----
Take it to the Lord in prayer !

    3
    Are we weak and heavy-laden,
Cumbered with a load of care ?
    Precious Saviour, still our refuge-----
Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Do thy friends despise, forsake thee ?
    Take it to the Lord in prayer ;
In His arms He'll take and shield thee.
Thou wilt find a solace there,

  • MEN, Listen Carefully

    1. Respect yourself first. The moment you lose self-respect, you become a pawn in someone else's game.

    2. Your appearance is your first impression. Invest in yourself, hit the gym, dress well—not for them, but for you. Confidence follows discipline.

    3. Master self-control. A man who can control his cravings for sex and food has already conquered most of his weaknesses. Discipline is the key to power.

    4. Your friends have battles too. Stop expecting them to always come through. Everyone is fighting a war you don’t see.

    5. If you put her on a pedestal, she will look down on you. A king doesn’t beg for loyalty; he earns it through strength and purpose.

    6. Betrayal always comes from those closest to you. Be wise with trust. Your worst scars won’t come from strangers.

    7. They will mock you, doubt you, and dismiss you—until you succeed. Keep building. Let success be your response.

    8. Temporary sacrifices lead to permanent stability. Missing out on fun today is not a loss if it guarantees a better future.

    9. Weak men seek pleasure, strong men seek purpose. Build, create, and contribute—don’t just consume.

    10. A true man doesn't beg for love, attention, or respect. He commands it through his actions and presence.

    11. Your time and energy are valuable. Don’t waste them on lazy, entitled people who bring nothing to the table.

    12. A woman can sense a weak man from miles away. Once she detects neediness, you’ve lost her respect. Don’t chase—lead.

    13. If she isn’t afraid to lose you, you are replaceable in her eyes. Become the kind of man she values, not the one she tolerates.

    14. Life is ruthless. One wrong move and you can lose years of progress. Move with caution and wisdom.

    15. Never negotiate desire. If you have to beg for love, respect, or attention—it’s already gone. Walk away with your dignity intact.

    16. Your mental health is your responsibility. When you're down, accept reality, strategize, and rise stronger. No one is coming to save you.

    17. Never lower your standards to accommodate mediocrity. Protect your peace and purpose at all costs.

    18. Pain is the best teacher. Bad days make good days more valuable. Learn from every struggle.

    19. In this world, respect is earned, not given. Be the kind of man people look up to, not the one they pity.

    20. A man with a mission is unstoppable. Find your purpose, chase it relentlessly, and let nothing distract you.

  • An eagle was flying high—confident, self-assured, and in control. But out of nowhere, an arrow struck him in the chest and brought him down.

As he fell, he looked at the shaft of the arrow and noticed something unsettling—it was feathered with his own plumes. The hunter had used feathers from an eagle to kill an eagle.

And just before he hit the ground, the eagle said, “It is not the arrow that pains me, but the fact that it was winged with my own feathers.”

This simple fable carries a powerful truth: we are often hurt most deeply by the things or people closest to us—by those we trust, support, or invest in. Being attacked by a stranger can sting, but betrayal from someone you once believed in cuts differently.

The real pain isn’t just the wound—it’s knowing that your own contribution, time, or loyalty made that wound possible. You handed over the feathers.

This shows up all the time in real life. Steve Jobs was forced out of Apple—the very company he helped build. The same systems and people he developed eventually turned against him.

Julius Caesar was assassinated by men he considered allies—people he had elevated and trusted, including Brutus. His final words, “Et tu, Brute?” captured the devastation of betrayal by someone within his inner circle.

And in our own lives, we may not face political assassinations or corporate oustings, but the pattern is familiar: a friend you helped grow suddenly competes with you; a person you mentored turns on you; someone you protected uses your openness against you.

The message here is not to stop trusting, giving, or supporting others—but to become more discerning. Not everyone who praises you has your best interests at heart. Not every connection deserves deep access.

We often confuse loyalty with access and admiration with trust. But as Tupac once said, “Sometimes the person you’d take a bullet for is the one behind the gun.” And as the saying goes, “Be careful who you trust. Salt and sugar look the same.”

This fable is a quiet reminder that while generosity is noble, it must be paired with wisdom. Pay attention to the patterns, the energy, and the consistency of people. Be mindful of what you give and to whom.

Because sometimes, the most painful arrows are the ones feathered with your own wings.
