A heartbreaking incident occurred at approximately 11:00 a.m. today at the Isiala Ngwa-Ntigha Junction on the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway. An 18-seater bus plying the Ebonyi State to Aba route was involved in a collision. Sadly, the accident claimed the life of a baby due to severe head trauma, and several other passengers were gravely injured. The Abia State Emergency Response Team responded swiftly and transported the victims to the hospital for immediate medical attention. If you have relatives or friends who may have traveled on that road this morning, kindly try to establish contact, as many victims' phones are lost. Our thoughts are with those affected.
