One of the things creatives/freelancers battle with, including me, is time management. I won’t lie, I’ve not found a perfect formula that works yet. But every day, I’m doing my best to find something that helps me manage my time better. The struggle is real. Struggling to post consistently to keep your brand moving. Struggling to attend to clients excellently. Struggling to handle other pressing matters offline. Struggling to just breathe sometimes. I see people who seem to be doing it well, and honestly, I envy them. Still, I’m doing my best to find what works for me. Let me be sincere. There’s a lot of work to be done online. But the real work is offline, I must tell you. I’ve started implementing a few time management steps lately, and for now, they’re working. I won’t share them yet, not until I’ve learned them well. I’m still in my trial-and-error phase. Truth is, what works for me may not work for you. So try to find your own formula. But just so you know, the struggle with effective time management is real. And it’s one battle you must win. If not, your consistent showing up online will be counterproductive. So as you post, also remember to pause. Go offline. Attend to the things that truly matter: your health, your family, your peace of mind. Social media is tempting, yes, but don’t spend your entire 24 hours here daily, no matter how passionate you are about your work. You need a break, even if it’s just for a few hours. Well, I just thought to drop this here. These days, I’m becoming more vulnerable. I’m not sure I like it, but I’m flowing with the move of my spirit. Much love. Have a productive day ahead. Let's keep doing wonders together.

LESSONS FROM LIFE... 1. Not everyone will clap for you when you succeed. Do it for yourself, not for validation. 2. Holding grudges is like carrying extra weight on a long journey. Let it go and move lighter. 3. A partner who genuinely supports you is a blessing—don't take them for granted. 4. The biggest mistake you can make is lying to yourself. Be honest, even when it's uncomfortable. 5. If you're the one people rely on, don't expect the same from those who depend on others. 6. Focus on your dreams, not on impressing people. 7. Your 20s are for building, your 30s for enjoying the foundation you laid. Make the right investments. 8. Peace is priceless. Let go of anything that steals it. 9. Silence is a weapon. Use it wisely. 10. Take care of yourself. Looking good isn’t about showing off, it’s about self-respect. 11. Some people will root for your failure because they feel stuck in their own lives. Ignore them. 12. Being kind is great, but don’t let people take advantage of you. 13. Losing people isn’t always a loss. Losing yourself while trying to please them is. 14. Keep your moves quiet until they’re finalized. Premature announcements invite unnecessary energy. 15. Love wisely. Heartbreak is expensive—therapy isn't cheap. 16. Your mindset shapes your reality. Keep it positive. 17. Social media is full of illusions. Don’t let it make you envy a life that isn’t real. 18. Treat yourself on your birthday. No one owes you a celebration. 19. Fear is the biggest barrier between you and success. Take the risk. 20. Rushing the process will only ruin your progress. Trust the timing of your life. 21. Some people aren’t worth reaching out to, even in desperation. Choose your sources wisely. 22. Skills and knowledge are investments that will never fail you. Keep learning. 23. Love with wisdom, not blindness. Protect your heart. 24. Be your own biggest supporter. You’ll always have yourself. 25. Some people return just to see if you’re still naive.

Bill Gates has predicted that within the next decade, artificial intelligence (AI) could drastically change the traditional workweek, potentially reducing it to just two or three days. In a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Gates discussed how AI advancements would make intelligence more widely available, especially in sectors like healthcare and education. With AI handling routine tasks, such as offering medical advice or helping with educational needs, human labor would be freed up for other areas, possibly reshaping the structure of work itself. He also pointed out that while some professions, such as in sports, would still require human involvement, the shift to AI could lead to a new understanding of work and productivity. Although this shift is promising, Gates acknowledged that there are uncertainties about the long-term effects of AI, including its impact on job markets and society. Despite these uncertainties, Gates remains optimistic about the future of AI.

NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR CV ANYMORE. THEY CHECK YOUR PAGE. 1. TIMES HAVE CHANGED There was a time when your CV was enough to open doors. Today? People want to see what you can do, not just read about it. Whether it’s a job, client, speaking gig, brand deal, or partnership, They are checking your page. Not your PDF. 2. YOUR PAGE IS YOUR NEW CV Your online presence speaks louder than your credentials. Your Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or even WhatsApp status can open doors or shut them. People want to know: Who are you? What do you do? Can you be trusted? What value do you give? Your page should answer these questions without confusion. 3. BRANDING IS NOT JUST LOGO AND COLORS Branding is how you show up, the message you put out consistently. It’s the: Way you talk Kind of content you post Stories you share Problems you solve Energy you carry Branding tells people what to expect from you without even meeting you. 4. VISIBILITY CREATES OPPORTUNITY You can’t hide and expect to grow. The more people see you, the more they remember you. The more they remember you, the more they trust you. The more they trust you, the more they pay you. Visibility is not pride. It’s strategy. 5. PEOPLE BUY PEOPLE FIRST People don’t buy based on degrees anymore. They buy based on: Connection Perceived expertise Results you’ve shown online You don’t have to be loud, you just have to be clear and present. 6. YOUR PAGE CAN WORK FOR YOU WHILE YOU SLEEP When your branding and visibility are solid: Clients find you Employers notice you Partners reach out Students enroll Brands approach you You won’t have to “apply” for everything. Some things will come to you. In this digital age, your page is your CV, your office, your store, and your brand. If it’s empty, confused, or hidden, you’re leaving money and impact on the table. So show up, show your work, and show your value. Because someone important is checking your page right now.

  • Juliet Okonkwo (E-money's wife) remembers that “When we started dating, my friends were surprised that I sidestepped all the rich guys in Lekki, where I was resident for a man who lived in Ajegunle, but I was not bothered. I looked forward to getting a good job upon my graduation from the University. He didn't even have enough money to take us back to Lagos after our traditional marriage. KCee was the one who lent me N20,000. I used it to pay our fare in Lagos.”..........Me:For those waiting for a Man to make it in life before you marry him listen!Men don't fall in Love after making money.
