*THE RESTORER'S DAILY GUIDE*
DATE: FRIDAY 4TH JULY 2025
THEME: *POSITION FOR EXCEEDING GRACE AND GLORY*
MEMORIZE
Matthew 3:16-17
And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
READ
Isaiah 11:1-3
And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
*The greatest ability that the Holy Spirit imparts to believers is the ability to walk in the fear of God!*
MESSAGE
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ which we are partakers of as His beloved ones, is not an ordinary grace, it is an exceeding grace, in that through that grace, the Son of God conquered death on the cross for us.
The grace that conquered death is an exceeding grace. Today with all our exploits in the gospel, many are still under the influence and dominion of death directly or indirectly.
Many are still sick, laddened with afflictions, weighed down by sin, and all manner of infirmities.
One who is weighed down by the infirmities of the mortal life is yet to experientially conquer death, irrespective of their deep revelation and great swelling words...
Jesus Christ lived an impeccably spotless life of burning holiness, even the devils bore witness to His life of searching purity and flawless character. He murdered death and ressurected gloriously and triumphantly over death and all its forces
That is exceeding grace! And only recipients of exceeding grace are candidates for exceeding GLORY!
*Jesus Christ remains the hero of all times!*
In positioning for exceeding grace, we must continually embrace the Spirit of the fear of the Lord that was mighty upon the Lord Jesus Christ.
He was in perfect sync with the will of the Father, because He was always doing whatever the Father commanded Him to do.
*And He was always obeying the Father because He had the Spirit of the fear of the Lord.*
This was why, God loved Him exceptionally and also preserved Him from death!
Consider these two scriptures
Hebrews 5:7 Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;
John 8:29
And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
The power that made Jesus to always fear His Father and to always please the Father in everything is the same power of the Holy Spirit in us today; however today's believers have perverted desires, lopsided dreams and base passions; they have quenched the Spirit of the Lord, and hence could not connect to His several abilities for conquest in their lives.
We need to be yielded to the Holy Spirit to connect to His sacred abilities in order to be pleasing to the Father in all our ways.
*The greatest ability that the Holy Spirit imparts to believers is the ability to walk in the fear of God!*
One who fears God has nothing else to fear!
The fear of the Lord is the ultimate, because it connects you to everything God has.
Shalom!

There's not a friend like the lowly Jesus,
No, not one ! no, not one !

No friend like Him is so high and holy,
No, not one ! no, not one !
And yet no friend is so meek and lowly,
No, not one ! no, not one !

There's not an hour that He is not near us,
No, not one ! no, not one !
No night so dark but His love can cheer us,
No, not one ! no, not one !
