If you have a blender and freezer in your possession, then come let me show you just 3 core ingredients to make banana ice cream.
LET'S GO
Ingredients:
6-7 big bananas (use 1 full bunch if your bananas are smaller in size)
½ cup of powdered milk (full cream)
100ml condensed milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
50-75ml of cold water (add more or less water depending on the texture you are going for)
Directions for preparation:
Step 1
Peel the bananas and place them in an airtight container or freezer bag. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or overnight (8-12 hours).
Step 2
Remove the frozen bananas from the freezer and place them in a blender or food processor. Blend the bananas into a smooth, creamy consistency. You may need to stop the blender and scrape down the sides a few times to ensure that all the chunks of bananas are blended properly.
Step 3
In a small bowl, pour the powdered milk, add the condensed milk, and mix to form a paste. Add cold water and vanilla extract, then mix well until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the blended bananas into the milk mixture and stir well with a spatula or spoon. You can also transfer all the mixtures back to the blender and blend until everything combines well and is smooth.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 3-8 hours to set.
Scoop and enjoy your delicious homemade banana ice cream!
I assure you that this will be the best, creamiest, and healthiest ice cream you've ever tasted. Try this recipe and thank me later.
