It will not be long before there will come upon the world a time of unparalleled upheaval and turmoil. Do not fear; it is I the LORD who am shaking all things. I began this shaking with the First World War, and I greatly increased it through the Second World War. Since 1973 I have given it an even greater impetus. In the last stage, I plan to complete it with the shaking of the universe itself, with signs in sun and moon and stars. But before that point is reached I will judge the nations, and the time is near. And hear this! Do not fear the power of the Kremlin, nor the power of the Islamic Revolution, for I plan to break both of them through Israel. I will bring down their pride and their arrogance, and shatter them because they have blasphemed My Name. In that day I will avenge the blood of all the martyrs and of the innocent ones whom they have slaughtered. I will surely do this thing for they have thought that there was no one to judge them. But I have seen their ways and I have heard the cries of the oppressed and of the persecuted and I will break their power and make an end of them. Be therefore prepared for when all this comes to pass, to you will be given the last great opportunity to preach the gospel freely to all the nations.

In the midst of all the turmoil and shaking, and at the heart of everything, is My church. In the heavenlies she is joined to Me in one Spirit, and I have destined her for the throne. You who are My beloved, whom I have redeemed and anointed – you are mine. I will equip and empower you and you will rise up and do great things in My Name, even in the midst of darkness and evil. For I will reveal My power, and My grace and My glory through you.

Do not hold back nor question My ways with you, for in all My dealings with you I have always in mind that you should be part of My bride and reign with Me. Do not forget that this requires especial discipline and training. So yield to Me that I might do a work in you in the time which is left, for I plan even during all this shaking that the bride will make herself ready.
And in the midst of nations on earth, seething with unrest and conflict, I have set My Israel.


Yes, I say My Israel, even though they walk in disobedience and transgression, in the stubbornness of their hearts, divorced from Me through unbelief. Nevertheless, always remember that I made them enemies of the gospel for your sake. I the LORD, I Myself blinded them and hardened them that salvation might come to the gentiles in fullness. Yet they are still mine, beloved of Me with a tender and an undying love. They are My kith and My kin, and I love them. Shall I give them up for all that they have done to Me, says the LORD? Yet I have surrendered them to sorrow, to anguish of heart and to continuous suffering. But I have never given them up. In all their afflictions I was afflicted, though I neither delivered nor saved them from death.

Nevertheless I have been present; I the King of Israel, I have been present, although unnoticed and unregarded, in all their sufferings. There was no gas chamber, no massacre in which I was not present. But now the time has surely come when I shall receive them, for I will reveal Myself to them and with astonishment they will recognize Me.


For in the midst of these judgments multitudes upon multitudes will be saved across the nations. You will hardly know how to bring the harvest in, but My Spirit will equip you for the task. And to Israel will I also turn in that day, and I will melt the hardening which has befallen her. I will turn their blindness into clear sight and tear away the veil on their heart. Then shall they be redeemed with heart-bursting joy, and it will become a fountain of new and resurrection life to the whole company of the redeemed.


Do not fear for these days, for I have purposed that you should stand with Me and serve Me in them. Fear not, for I love you and I will protect you and equip you. I, the LORD, will anoint you with a new anointing and you will work My works and fulfill My counsel. You shall stand before Me, the LORD of the whole earth, and serve Me with understanding and with power, and you shall reign with Me during these days.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

MESSAGE
There is so much to learn from this foremost elder of the Old Testament, Enoch: he was the first to establish an uncommon intimacy with God in His generation.

Today's text tells us that he walked with God in such a way that God had to personally take him out of the earth.

He fought odds no doubt to walk with God in an unconventional way. He walked with God like nobody before him ever did, therefore God showed him a special mercy like no other before him.

It was his level of intimate walk with God that brought him to the realm of walking into the celestial city without seeing death. He was one among the few that the earth was not worthy of keeping.

There's a dimension of intimacy with God that will make an individual enter the realm of exceptional experiences reserved only for selected few.

Enoch was one among the elders that obtained a good report by depending on what God told them.

And for 300years of consistent intimacy with God he pleased God all the way that God decided that he must eat of the tree of life while still on earth: a privilege that Adam and Eve lost in the garden through their disobedience.

Elijah the Tishbite was another person who had a similar experience by his level of uncommon intimacy with God, he too was specially taken out of the earth without tasting death.

*God doesn't hold back any good thing from those who walk with Him intimately on this earth.*

The Bible says in:
Psalms 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Walking with God is the exceptional privilege of humans that is greatly desired by Angels. They would gladly give anything to have a personal walk with God. Cease the moment today and begin a deep and intimate walk with God that is beyond normal.

BREAKING NEWS NAF SENTENCES PERSONNEL TO D£ATH BY H∆NGING FOR K1LL1NG HIS GIRLFRIEND

A General Court Martial of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) on Tuesday sentenced Air Craftman Benard Kalu to death by hanging for the killing of his colleague-girlfriend, Corporal Oladipupo S. A.

Kalu shot and killed Oladipupo at her Corporal and Below Quarters, Compound 9, Air Force Base, Makurdi on the allegation that she was having an affair with another man.

Kalu, 21, after breaking into Oladipupo’s home in the early hours of the fateful Sunday, shot her on the neck at close range, and also attempted to kill the man he met in the apartment.

But his rifle got hooked, a situation that allowed the man to struggle with Kalu until he was able to disarm him.

The Judge Advocate, Flight Lieutenant MA Umoh, listed the eight-count charge against Kalu to include murder, house breaking, attempted murder, failure to perform military duty, loss of service property, disobedience of service order as well as prejudice of service discipline.

Umoh noted that the accused pleaded not guilty to all the eight-count charge, adding that the prosecution brought 13 witnesses, while three witnesses including the accused were called by the defence counsel.

He maintained further that even though the prosecution found him guilty on all the eight-count charge, the defence, in closing their case, said the prosecution did not prove the case beyond reasonable doubt.

The defence counsel, Abimiku Ewuga, urged the court to temper justice with mercy in their sentence especially as the accused was a first time offender and the bread winner of his family.

Delivering judgment, President of the court, Gp. Capt. Elisha Bindul, who found the accused guilty on six out of the eight-count charge preferred against him, sentenced him to death by hanging subject to the confirmation of the conveying authority.

Natasha continues in her hubris to mess things for herself, as she grants interview to New York Times in her desperation to whip up public sympathy over her suspension, owing to her display of gross misconduct and indiscipline at the floor of the senate, despite court’s order, restraining all the parties in the suit from granting interview to the press while the matter is under subjudice.

Apoti’s appearance on the New York Times demonstrates her flagrant disobedience to the order of the court and consequently the rule of law.
Apoti’s attitude demonstrates an overt pigheadedness, ingrained in her hubris disposition, which is in variance with the office she occupies as a distinguished senator of the Federal Republic.

In the light of the foregoing, many Nigerians have applauded Apoti’s appearance on the magazine where her skewed sexual harassment narrative was reported.
What many of those applauding her do not know is that the management of the magazine reached out to Akpabio in the culture of balanced reportage to have him speak on the accusation but he turned it down on the premise that the matter is under subjudice and the court has asked all parties to refrain from granting interview to the press on it.

You can't solve disobedience problems with sacrifice, you only solve disobedience problems with obedience. This is so because OBEDIENCE is better than sacrifice....
