No criticism should be made in a way weaken the Islamic Republic, which Haj Qassem called a shrine (a holy sanctity that must be protected). According to this clip from late Ayatollah Fateminia (ra), weakening the Islamic Republic is the gravest sin, worse than alcohol, which only affect a handful of individuals. The liberals were about to arrange direct negotiations with the US which would put all subjects on deck, including missile programs and support for resistance groups, until the Leader put his foot down.
