I was raised to move on, I was raised to wake up every morning and try again even when my heart is broken, I was elevated to keep walking even when all I want to do is to hide away, I was taught to pretend I'm ok till it becomes a reality, I learned to smile even when my heart is sad, to talk when all the words seem useless, to stitch my own wounds in silence, to collapse but to believe it's just for a while, to step over my scars even if it hurts so bad, to befriend my own pain till it dissolves, life has taught me you have no option but to survive.
