PHALSA FULJAR SODA
Ingredients:
1/2 cup phalsa
12-3 tbsp water as required
11 tbsp lemon juice
11 tsp salt
11 tsp black salt
11 tsp chaat masala
12 tbsp sugar
1Soda as required
Method
1. In a blender jar add phalsa, water, lemon juice, salt, black salt and chaat masala. Blend everything together.
2. Sieve the mixture to remove the seeds & pour it in a shot glass . This quantity makes 2 shot glasses of 60 ml each.
3. Fill your glass with soda almost to the top, then carefully drop one shot glass inside the soda and enjoy.
