DAY 1 Challenge: Track Every Kobo...
So we start from the roots and we are starting with something very simple, but its very powerful because I have experienced it.
Today’s challenge is... Track every single kobo you spend.
Yes, every single one of it.
From that N200 Gala and Coke you buy on the road…
To the N500 you use to buy airtime…
To the urgent N2,000 you send to your understanding girlfriend or boyfriend…
Even the N3,000 you spend on food and that N4,000 you spend on Taxi or bike, Just write it all down.
Stop ignoring the small money because it is the small money that eats your big future.
You will be shocked by the end of today how much is leaking out of your pocket without noise, without permission, without value.
Remember I said that this challenge is not to shame you, It’s to open your eyes.
I believe if you don’t know where your money goes, you can never tell it where to go.
Even I, The Billionaire Mechanic, back then I thought I was being careful with money, until I started tracking my real expenses.
That’s when I realized I was spending like a millionaire but saving like a bus conductor.
So today, I challenge you to track it all. No matter how small.
And when you do?
Come back and ask yourself one question:
“If I keep spending like this… where exactly am I going?”
This is the first step to taking control, first step to salary detox.
