Competence is Not Gender-Based. Leadership is about skill, intelligence, vision, and emotional intelligence, not gender. Women like Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala (Director-General of the WTO), Ellen Johnson Sirleaf (former President of Liberia), and Ibukun Awosika (former Chairperson of First Bank Nigeria) have shown outstanding leadership abilities.
History Has Proven Women Can Lead. Across the world, women have led nations, companies, and organizations to greatness. Even in Nigeria, women have played key roles in politics, activism, and business success. The likes of Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti, a fearless activist, or Folorunso Alakija, a billionaire businesswoman, wouldn't have succeeded if leadership was not for women.
