The only way you can have confidence that your children will love and care for you in your old age is if your children see you showing love and care for your own aged parents. If they never see you do it, don't expect them to treat you differently. Once they are independent and have money, your children will never follow what you say. They will only follow what you practised. Visit your parents with your children. Call them and give the phone to your kids to speak with them. Send your folks an alert and let your offspring see you doing it. Celebrate their birthdays in grandeur. You are not just doing it for your children. You are doing it for yourself.
