Make sure you are using AI and that AI is not using you. The more you use AI to write, the dumber you get, and the more intelligent AI gets. You see, AI is learning from you while you are not learning from it. You are surrendering to it. Don't use AI to write. You can use it to check what you wrote for errors. But letting the tail wag the dog is dangerous. Please fact-check: It leads to brain atrophy. Because the more you initiate ideas in your writing using your intellect, the more neural pathways you create in your brain.
