*What is Gluten?*

Gluten is a protein molecule found in many common grains (wheat, oats, spelt,barley, rye). Because many convenience foods are grain based e.g. pasta,
bread, crackers, cakes, biscuits, etc. people are exposed to gluten on a regularbasis.

Gluten is also in the majority of processed and packaged foods as well asbeer and lager.
