    I got Coconut Oil sometimes my next purchase could be Extra virgin Olive oil as the case may be.

    Then, there's palm oil and tallow.

    For foods that require much oils, I could use tallow or palm oil

    For foods that's required just stir fry e.g eggs e.t.c I could use coconut oil.

    For deep fries, I could use tallow or palm oil

    This method will save you from over using your avocado, extra virgin, or coconut oil.
