Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

*CAUGHT IN THE ACT...? A WARNING TO ALL MARRIED MEN*
If you caught a man sleeping with your wife on your matrimonial bed, you must not harm him. The law commands that you let him go in peace.
"Under the law, the man is not a trespasser, it's your legal wife who invited him into the house. He is not a thief either, because he has stolen nothing.
So for that reason, don't resort to self help. Let him go. Don't touch him. Don't insult him. Don't stop him from leaving your premises so you won't breach his fundamental human rights. Else, you have the law to contend with.
But you can snap him and your wife for evidence sake. Then, do the right thing; sue your wife and the man for adultery.
That's what the law says.
Don't misbehave and go to prison because of a woman. Even after you're sent to prison, the same man or other men would still do it on your matrimonial bed or outside your home.
There's no emotion in law ; the man has not wronged you, it's your wife's fault
Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.
ASSOCIATION OF FELLOWS CONCERN WITH PEACE UNITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS WARNED !!!

In Nigeria, the 1999 Constitution (as amended) lays out strict procedures and requirements for the creation of new states. These are outlined in Section 8 of the Constitution.
Constitutional Requirements for State Creation in Nigeria:
1.Formal Request
The process must begin with a formal request, signed by:
At least two-thirds of the elected representatives (Senators, House of Reps members, and State Assembly members) from the area seeking to form the new state.
2. Support from Local Governments
The request must be supported by a simple majority (more than 50%) of:
The local government areas (LGAs) in the area requesting the new state.
And also a simple majority of LGAs in the existing state(s) from which the new state is to be created.
3. National Assembly Approval
If the request meets the above conditions, the National Assembly (Senate and House of Representatives) must then:
Approve the request by a two-thirds majority vote in both chambers.
4. Referendum
After National Assembly approval, a referendum is conducted. It must be:
Approved by at least 51% of the people in the area affected, through a yes vote in a referendum organized by INEC.
5. Presidential Assent
If the referendum passes, the National Assembly passes an Act creating the new state. This Act must be:
Signed into law by the President.
