You waste time because your life has no structure. You wake up with no plan, grab your phone, scroll through nonsense, and follow noise like it's direction.

Most of what pulls you in is trash. You don't need to reply everyone. You don't need to be part of everything.

You don't need to move with the crowd. Learn to say no without guilt.

You don't get more hours than anyone else. You're just wasting the ones you have.
And if you don't take control, someone else will.

They'll keep you busy while you stay small.

Life won't wait for you to figure it out. It will move on and leave you behind.

You don't need to impress anyone with what you do. You just need to do what has to be done. If you ever find yourself working a job that people ignore or laugh at, keep your head up.

If it's real work, and it's feeding you or helping someone, then it counts.

You need to stop thinking some types of work are beneath you. If the job keeps you going, it's worth doing. You don't wait for comfort. You don't wait for applause. You show up and handle whatever's in front of you.

That's how you stay useful.

You don't get to look down on work just because it's quiet or doesn't get attention.
Don't wait for a perfect role. If the job keeps you fed, you do it right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
