I don't understand why Nigerian leaders celebrate building of roads, hospitals, conference centers and schools in 2025. It makes us look less than a third world country.
These things are too basic and fundamental to make noise about. That some other people refused to do it doesn't make it a big deal.
I have never seen any reasonable country celebrate such mediocrity.
Dollar to naira exchange rate is high, poverty level is way too high, Nigeria passport is amongst the worst in the world, we have over 20 million out of school children, security situation is terrible, Nigeria visa rejection rate to foreign countries are way too high, life expectancy rate is seriously dropping etc.
These are the real issues.
Are we cursed in Nigeria?
