Note: victory or failure is the outcome of a combination of factors.
A man's capacity to combine the various indices of success makes him outstanding. In the same vein, failure is also a negligence of the indices of success or lack of capacity to combine the success indices effectively and efficiently.

The making process!
The making process is not always a colorful event. When a product is going through the making process,it does not look fantastic and elegant. If some of us would see the factory where certain products are processed we would not want to buy the product.
E.g. Have you being to a factory where they produce bread? How did you see the mixing process of flour? How did you even see the environment?
However, after the making process, value is added.
Beauty and elegance coupled with aroma are added. When production is completed, there is always packaging. The packaging gives the product a glorious appearance.
You must endure the making process. You will soon appear.
Remember that there is what the word of God calls the process of time. You have to pass through the process of time to acquire value and dignity (Judges 11: 1-7).
You need to pass through the process to acquire the needed capacity and value through experience.
No matter what happens to the clay in the process of making, it is the potter that determines the end.

Glory to Almighty God for his mercies upon us all.
You can win failure and disappointment if only you choose persistence as your weapon.
There's a greatness locked up in your purpose, it is only persistence that can unlock it.
It takes persistence to attend perfection. If you can persist, you will become perfect.
Thomas Edison persisted until he perfected his invention.
Edison gave the world meanfescent light, after he conducted one thousand failed experiments.
It was a journalist that asked him how he felt about failing one thousand times replied, I didn't fail a thousand times.
The electric light blue was just a one thousand step process.
Our problem is that we're coming from an orientation, where failure is seen as an embarrassment. It is unacceptable. Many folks would perfer to do nothing in order to avoid failure.
Thomas Edison assert that, many of life's failure are just people who did not realise how close they were to success when they gave up. The key to success is being persistent, willing to move through your failure, leaning as you go, and taking hold of the object of your pursuit, that lies just beyond them.
You should not allow failure or adversities to determine your destiny. You must even prepare for adversity, knowing fully well that adversity is not synonymous with your destiny. You're created unstoppable.
