A Martian meteorite discovered in 🇳🇪, weighing 25 kg, has been sold at a Sotheby's auction in New York for $5.3 million, setting a new record for the highest price paid for a piece of another planet. This meteorite, known as NWA 16788, is not only the most expensive but also the largest Martian meteorite ever found on Earth, exceeding the size of the next largest by 70%.
