  • God my shepherd and Father, my savior and provider, help me see the beauty and good in all you do. Help me seek out your works and all that nourishes the spirit. Let me not neglect any part of your wondrous works, but in loving them, see them all as a path which brings me closer to understanding your grace and glory. In the name of the Father I pray, Amen.

  • Is Morning S.ëx a Sin or a Strategy for husband and wife?

    You prayed this morning, yes.

But did you also “minister” to your spouse in the other room? Or is morning së.x now a sin?

    Let’s talk abeg,
Many couples wake up in the morning, kneel down, pray, Then they carry Bible and go to church.

But their husband/ wife is starving, not spiritually but sëxually.

Is morning sex a sin? No, it is not. The Bible says the marriage bed is undefiled.

God honours what happens between a husband and wife in love and purity.

In fact, morning se.x is a strategy:
    1. It reduces stress.
    2. It improves emotional bonding.
    3. It can calm quarrels.
    4. And it leaves both of you smiling for the rest of the day.

Let’s stop making se.x look like a sin inside marriage.

You can pray and still play.

You can speak in tongues and still speak in møåns.

Our Marriages must work in spirit, in truth and in bed.

    Good night

  • SEEDS OF DESTINY DAILY DEVOTIONAL GUIDE BY DR PST PAUL ENENCHE

    DATE: WEDNESDAY, 23RD JULY 2025.

    TOPIC: PULLING DOWN ENEMY STRONGHOLDS

SCRIPTURE: Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 2 CORINTHIANS 10:5.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: To pull down strongholds, you must cast down imagination.

We live in a world where the enemy is out on rampage, keeping many lives in captivity and turning many into shadows by keeping them in strongholds. It is vital, therefore, to know how to deal with enemy strongholds to perpetually stay in victory in this wicked world.

Now, it is vital to understand the meaning of strongholds. Strongholds are enemy forces that maintain strong holds on the lives of people. They hold their victims strongly. These are forces that appear like they won’t leave a person alone. It might be the force of addiction. It might be the force of addiction to tobacco, alcoholism, lesbianism, or masturbation. It might be ancestral curses.

Stronghold can also be defined as agelong frustrations, limitations, or oppositions. They have been there for ages. Strongholds can be established oppositions to lives and destinies.
What then are the weapons for the pulling down of strongholds?

    1. Mental renewal and reprogramming. This is the renewal and reprogramming of the mind. Most times the enemy wants you to believe that the stronghold, or battle is forever. The enemy wants people to live with it.
In 2 Kings 4:8-37, when Elisha asked the Shunamite woman what she wanted him to do for her after she had provided hospitality and a special room for him, she said, “I don’t have any problem. In essence, she was saying, I am ready to die barren; I’m okay like this.” (paraphrased).

2 Corinthians 10:4 says, for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but might through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imagination. So, to pull down strongholds, you must cast down imagination. Those wrong things that the devil has put in your mind must be cast down.
If the stronghold is making it look as if you cannot be fruitful, tell yourself, “I can be fruitful.” Work on your mind using the Word of God until you are convinced it is possible (Romans 12:1-2)
    .
    2. Authoritative decrees of faith. Strongholds can be uprooted with the weapon of authoritative decrees of faith. Mark 11:23 says, …whosever shall say unto this mountain… So, you need to speak to the mountain. You need to speak to the stronghold. Tell the devil, “You have no place in my body. Ancestral curse, you are not my portion. I cannot die like my father or mother died.”
Beloved, never keep quiet for any affliction or stronghold.

Today, whatever is called a stronghold in your life shall be pulled down in Jesus Name.
Remember this: To pull down strongholds, you must cast down imagination.

    ASSIGNMENT(S):
    1. Locate the Word of God that addresses a stronghold, challenge, or affliction in your life, and let it reprogram your mind.
    2. Be angry in your spirit against any form of stronghold around you life.
    3. Speak to that stronghold.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for renewing my mind by the Word. I cast down every imagination and pull down every stronghold against my life and destiny, Lord in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: PULLING DOWN STRONGHOLDS.
    DAILY BIBLE READING: Isaiah 25-27

QUOTE: Whenever you are confronted by the storms of life, always remember that who is behind you is stronger than what is before you. Culled from the book, Riding the Storms of Life by Dr Paul Enenche.

AMAZING FACT: Lions have been known to hunt and kill animals that pose a threat to the pride, like crocodiles and large snakes.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: I decree the pulling down of every enemy stronghold around your life today in Jesus Name.

  • The Beautiful Truths About Being Horny — A Human, Romantic, and Sensual Reflection

Being horny isn’t dirty. It’s not evil. It’s not a sin. It’s one of the most natural, deeply human experiences—an ache that whispers, “Touch me, love me, see me.” It’s the body’s way of saying, “I’m alive, I’m open, I want to connect.” And when you have someone who sees you in that moment—someone who responds to that fire in your eyes, that heat in your touch—it’s a blessing beyond words.

There’s something so tender, so intoxicating, about being desired often by your spouse. When you’re married to someone who stays horny for you, it’s a love story that lives in the skin. A touch can lead to a kiss, a kiss to a slow undress of each other’s day. But when constant arguments pile up, that sensual rhythm gets lost. Conflict can drain the desire, making passion feel distant even if you’re sleeping in the same bed.

And let’s clear something up: horniness doesn’t belong to men alone. Women feel it too—strongly. Some get especially turned on during ovulation, when their body becomes extra sensitive, extra wet, and craves touch like air. This isn’t shameful. It’s powerful. It’s beautiful. It’s natural.

Many men wake up with arousal—a physical sign of longing. And dear wife, that morning erection isn’t just about sex. It’s his way of saying, “I want to be close to you.” Don’t ignore that silent invitation.

There are days when horniness can be overwhelming—when your mind is foggy, your patience thin, and your body aches for intimacy. That’s one reason marriage is such a gift—it gives your love a place to release, to exhale, to let go and give in.

But what about when you’re far apart? In long-distance marriages, the craving doesn’t stop just because your partner isn’t near. In those moments, don’t suffer in silence. Call each other. Whisper your thoughts. Flirt with your words. Build anticipation. Because when you reunite, all that bottled-up desire is ready to explode and dance across each other’s skin.

Rejection in moments of desire can cut deep. It’s not just about sex—it’s about feeling wanted. Being turned down when you’re yearning for your spouse can hurt more than words can explain. So be gentle. Be understanding. And when you can, say “yes” with your body.

Interestingly, as women approach menopause, many feel a surprising sexual surge. Desire returns with force, and they become more confident in claiming what they want. That chapter can be fiery and fierce—savor it. Let it teach you that horniness doesn’t fade with age; it evolves.

Horniness is more than biology. It’s a reminder that sex is about more than making babies—it’s about making memories, closeness, laughter, intimacy. It’s holy in its own way.

You can be deeply spiritual and deeply sensual. You can love God and love sex. Being horny doesn’t disqualify you from faith—it humanizes it. There’s no shame in that hunger, only invitation.

The answer isn’t to ignore your horniness. It’s to honor it, to talk about it, to find healthy and loving ways to respond to it within your marriage. When couples feel desire but never act on it, tension builds. Resentment simmers. Even small things can turn into big arguments.

Be mindful, too, of how contraception and hormones can affect a woman’s desire. Talk openly, and find what keeps your connection alive. And remember—how you see your partner affects how much you want them. If you’re filled with negativity or resentment, desire will shrink. But if you see them with love, that flame stays lit.

Horniness is not a license to flirt or text people outside your marriage. It’s not an excuse to entertain thoughts of others. Desire needs direction—and that direction should point home. Don’t let age trick you into thinking you need to “experiment” with someone younger. That kind of curiosity comes with a cost.

In the end, horniness is a beautiful force—but it needs maturity, love, and self-control. If you don’t guide it, it will guide you—often into places you never meant to go.

So feel it. Embrace it. Share it. But always protect the love it was meant to serve.
