The Choir Mistress Who Shamed a Girl’s Mini Skirt — Then Her Own Wrapper Fell on Stage”

Sister Nkechi, the choir mistress, is famous for her “holier-than-thou” attitude.

Last Sunday, she saw a young lady in church wearing a miniskirt and hissed loudly, saying:
"Can you imagine? Coming to the house of God dressed like Jezebel! No wonder the Spirit no dey move some people again."

She even called the girl aside after service and lectured her for 10 minutes, ending with:
"Next time, respect yourself. Church is not a fashion parade."

Fast forward to this week’s Thanksgiving service…

The choir was singing powerfully, and Sister Nkechi, as usual, was leading with all her energy, hands raised, eyes closed, jumping and shouting “Hallelujah!”

Then… it happened.

Her wrapper, which she had stylishly tied that morning, decided to betray her. One jump too many and gbam! The wrapper slid straight to the floor, leaving her standing in just her slip in front of the whole congregation.

The drummer almost fainted from laughter, and the same girl she shamed last week whispered to her friend:
"At least my miniskirt stayed in place."

Sister Nkechi quickly grabbed her wrapper, tied it back, and finished the song with tears in her eyes, not sure if it was the Spirit or embarrassment.

Moral of the story?
Don’t mock people’s dressing. Your own clothes fit leave you for public deliverance.

We just finished singing our worship hymn today ‘Standing On The Promises Of God My Saviour, Through Eternal Ages. The promises remain standing through eternal ages. No civilization can make any of the promises of God of no effect. Through eternal ages, let His praises reign. Those with me will see me marking my book when we sing the hymns because ‘speak to yourself in psalms, hymns and spiritual songs.’ Through eternal ages! Don't ever think that civilization will make any aspect of the Word of God of no effect. His covenant remains binding while the earth remains. Through eternal ages let His praises reign. Young people, there is no new generation Bible. Church Gist. Through eternal ages. No! There is no modern Bible. Through eternal ages, let His praise reign. His Word lives and abides forever. Through eternal ages, let His praise reign. Every statement of scripture is more current than today's newspaper. New every morning, applying to all ages and all through generations. Indestructible, incorruptible! May this truth sink into everyone today that God's Word is forever reliable. Putting God's Word to work will always work and for all ages. We are not dealing with something that is past, it applies to the present and holds the future and extends to eternity, shows the way there.

We are on part 3 of our teaching series captioned UNVEILING THE BREAKTHROUGH POWER OF LOVE. The pace setting, trail blazing power of love. 1 Corinthians 2:9 is our rider scripture. We have never seen it in this fashion, they are strange acts and strange works. Luke 5:26. Those are the exclusive reserve of those that love God. Things never seen, things never heard, things never thought of by man, they happened in their lives. Church Gist. I was sharing yesterday at the Covenant Hour of Prayer that breakthroughs in the Kingdom are not things you pursue, they come to you. Deuteronomy 28:1-2. We left out verse 1 and we are jumping around to experience verse 2 to 13. No! That's fraud! Verse 2 to 13 is predicated on our response to verse 1. That's breaking protocols. Welcome to your era of breakthroughs coming to you.

If you watch those testimonies that we have been hearing over the years, they are things that come to people. They are not craving after them. As they keep pursuing after God, those things start coming to them. That is the process. Nothing is more fulfilling than these things coming to you, not you craving after them. There is nothing magical about breakthrough, it is a function of your obedience of faith. Whatever He tells you to do, do it and breakthrough will be the product. Church Gist. They may not make sense to the human mind but they secure divine manifestation as confirmation. I couldn't see this place as the place but He said this is the place and I jumped at what He said in spite of my feelings. Now, it has become the place and from this forest, touching nations. Please mind what He says. Don't play smart when it comes to God's Word. Take it raw and swallow it all. Our own idea was a 50 acre property. That will be huge but here we are today. It comes to you.

What brought our church into the limelight globally was the Wonder Double Visitation, it came to me. I didn't go for it. “I, the God of Wonder Double, is visiting you.” Breakthroughs come to people who walk in obedience to God's Word. “Arise, get down to Lagos and raise me a people” came to me. Not that I went to it, I won't pray to come to Lagos. Church Gist. “You are planting 5,000 churches this year” came to me, I won't plan that and He did because it came from Him and obedience caught up with it. And now, “You are planting 10,000 churches this year.” I said God said He will plant because that is beyond our calculation and projections and He did. Breakthroughs are ordained to come to us, not this 20 days of prayer and fasting for breakthrough, you are wasting your energy. Without obedience, 100 days of prayer and fasting won't change your story. Forget it Sir.

Looking at this picture, you would think I was 18 or 19 years old then, but let me shock you, I was a few months before 30 years old. The shoe vendor convinced me to put my toothpíck legs on these akpola high heels that almost bròke my legs, I never wanted to buy it, but her sugàr mouth got me through and through. I drove home on barefoot, after I wore it out the first and last time.

As for my frontal, what you are looking at is not real, I had one of the heaviest padded břas ever sold in the market. It created an incredible illusion of full chèst, even when I knew I didn’t have them up to the size of an udara, at almost 30 years of age. I had only that one břa for 3 years. It was my husband that finally threw it away.

I was a born again at that time, I never missed church and fellowship, every Sunday and Tuesday. I was always sinning and repenting, every other month, like it was going out of fashion. I was this close to volunteering at the church, as devoted christian, in serving the faith, then boom! I sinned again.

Anyways, if you look like this now, no matter how old you are, don’t worry yourself at all, the right man with a factory fitted junior will locate you soon, by the time his junior serves you endless back to back fresh milk, everything will set in a way that you never imagined. ighotago?
