On Tuesday , The 10th of June 2025, I had the honour of visiting the New Alaafin of the Oyo Kingdom, alongside esteemed Christian leaders in Oyo State. In response to His Majesty’s gracious invitation, I paid a courtesy visit to congratulate him and offer prayers for his reign.

I prayed not only for the King but for peace, wisdom, and divine favour upon the entire Oyo Kingdom. May the Lord establish his throne in righteousness and guide his steps as he leads his people.

May The Oyo Kingdom continue to prosper under God’s divine grace and mercy in JESUS name (Amen).

"Desist from Claiming Mogaji Title!" – Olubadan Cautions Sarafadeen Olayiwola

His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin (Ige Olakulehin I), the Olubadan of Ibadanland, has formally disclaimed Engineer Sarafadeen Abdulrasaq Adekunle Olayiwola, warning him to stop identifying as the Mogaji of Otepola Ibidapo Family, Moganna Compound, Isale Bode, Ibadan.

This directive was contained in an official press statement issued and signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Olubadan, Chief Ayoade Solomon Olugbemiga.

According to the statement, the Chieftaincy Screening and Dispute Resolution Committee, during its sitting on November 20, 2024, determined that the certificate allegedly possessed by Engineer Olayiwola was forged and, therefore, null and void.

Further investigations revealed that he was never properly installed by any recognized traditional authority. Moreover, during the Olubadan-in-Council meeting held on Monday, May 19, 2025, multiple allegations of misconduct and grave impropriety were raised against him.

In view of these revelations, the Olubadan has ordered Engineer Sarafadeen Olayiwola to immediately desist from parading himself as Mogaji of the Otepola Ibidapo Family.

The monarch sternly warned that any further attempt to falsely assume the title will attract strict sanctions and possible legal prosecution.

MESSAGE
We live in a world that is full of hostility towards the righteous, and as such they are always conspiring against the Saints directly or indirectly.

Today's memory verse says: "they shall surely gather together," but all who do such without the Lord's approvals will fall for your sake.

The Bible says in
Psalms 71:10
"For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,"

The only crime the Psalmist committed was his stand against unrighteousness. And his enemies took counsel to frustrate his life.
The wicked ones of the earth will do nothing but to keep on conspiring against the people of God.

The scriptures further confirms this in:
Psalms 83:3
"They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones."

Ahithophel conspired with Absalom against David the King but God frustrated their counsels.

Today, I decree and declare that every evil counsel and conspiracies against your life and destiny be frustrated in Jesus name.

In the days of Daniel the prophet, his political colleagues who were envious of his success in politics connived against him and took counsel to impeach him because of his stand for God. It appeared to work smartly because they had the king Darius on their side. Daniel was sent to the Lions' den but God rose for Daniel and thwarted the counsels of his enemies, the result was that, his enemies ended up in their own gins, they perished with their families in the Lions'den.

However, beloved you must stand firm in the Lord always to see the end of evil conspiracies in your life. In today's text, the Prophet Isaiah said, the Lord spoke to him with a strong hand not to walk in the ways of the conspirators, not to say confederacy to their confederacy, but to sanctify the Lord in his heart and not to fear their fears.

One who stands like this for the Lord will always enjoy God's presence. And it doesn't matter what the enemies conspire against you, you will come out victorious because God is with you.

I decree and declare today that all evil conspirators against you be scattered in Jesus name. You will see their end, they will not see your end.

ACTION STEPS
1. Review your stand for God in the light of today's devotional guide and be strong for God.
2. Pray that all evil conspirators and their conspiracies against God's people in Nigeria be scattered and put to shame.
3. Pray that God's counsel shall stand concerning Nigeria.

PRAYERS
Heavenly Father, arise this hour against all the secret and open plots of the wicked in this nation and let your enemies be put to shame in Jesus name. Amen.

MESSAGE
God's ability is beyond measures and all surpassing. He is able to do exceeding and abundantly above all that we can possibly ask or imagine.

The issue is not whether God is able or not, but it's in our lack of sufficient capacity or ability to believe in His omnipotence.

God is able to do all things, but are you able to believe Him for all things?

Many times, our impossibilities are registered in our ignorance of God's omnipotence. Our thoughts seem to place limitations on us and not on who God is and what He can do.
The Bible actually says that those who do know their God, they shall be strong and they shall do exploits (or great things). Daniel 11:32; it is your knowledge about God that determines the level of privileges that you can enjoy from God.

I counsel you to take the limits off of your life today and dare to believe in God who is able to do ALL THINGS!

Your challenge is not an issue before God, it is your lack of sufficient faith in His omnipotence that is holding back His Almighty power from reaching out to change your situation.

One of the reasons why our lives are delayed most times is not unconnected with the fact that God waits for us to know Him enough to believe His capacity to solve our problems. Whereas we may lack the capacity to wait, God does, because He is the Almighty and He lives in the eternal realm of life.

Abraham's case took several years of waiting because, God had to wait for him to be truly ready for the intervention which requires only His omnipotence.

God came to him when he was already Ninety nine years old and told him to walk in perfection because it was necessary for Abraham to straighten up the crooked aspects of his life if God must step into his life.
We too need to straighten up our lives from our mindsets to our limiting lifestyles to attract the Almightiness of Jehovah...

ACTION STEPS
1. Thank God for His faithfulness and omnipotence always.
2. Ask Him to help you straighten up every areas of your life that is holding back His hands in your life.
3. Lay down all your burdens and worries before Him today, trust Him and He will bring them to pass.

PRAYERS
Dear heavenly Father, thank you for today's devotional guide, help me to see beyond every limitations of my mind and see your Almightiness for the long awaited desires in my life today in Jesus name.
