Every business needs an offer staircase: whether you sell physical, digital products, coaching, or paid services, you need an offer staircase.

Your offer staircase (also known as a value ladder) is the step by step journey your customer takes from their very first interaction with your brand to becoming a high ticket or loyal long term client.
