Edo State Governor, Sen. Monday Okpebholo (A.K.A Akpakomiza) should concentrate in doing what he promised Edo people and stop the everyday ranting about what his predecessor, Gov. Godiwn Obaseki did or did not.
History has shown that people who get into office and spend too much time whining about their predecessors end up performing worse.
He has spent too much time talking about the past administration when he should be talking about implementing his own agenda. If he wants to probe Obaseki’s administration, he should refer the matter to the relevant agencies that handles that and get to work.
He shouldn’t become another Emeka Ihedioha who spent all his time ranting and destroying what Gov. Rochas Okorocha did only to be removed by someone who came fourth in the election; or Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano state who came with a lot of bitterness and was destroying everything Ganduje did but has not done anything exceptional since assuming office.
He should do his own and leave.
