Dear Younger Me: A Letter of Grace and Healing”
Dear Younger Me,
I know you tried your best with the little you had.
I know you endured things you never deserved.
I’m sorry for the times you cried alone.
I’m sorry no one taught you how to process your pain.
But look at you now — still standing.
If no one ever told you — let me say it now:
It wasn’t your fault.
You were worthy then, and you are worthy now.
You’re not broken — you’re becoming.
You’re not lost — you’re unfolding.
And every scar, every setback… was part of the shaping.
Today, I hold you with love.
Not to erase the past, but to honor how far we’ve come.
Signed,
The healed and healing version of you
