Smoked Paprika Potato Chips, inspired by Simba chips
Ingredients
- 1 large Russet potato
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Slice the Potato
- Wash and thinly slice the Russet potato (about 1-2 mm thick). You can use a mandolin for even slices!
3. Season
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
4. Arrange on Baking Sheet
- Spread the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve and Enjoy!
