This is how we are....igbo Enwe Eze, meaning the igbos do not have a one person a supreme king, or ruler. Otherwise, that kind of king or ruler can not have the ultimate wisedom as wisdom does not reside in only one person. Rather the igbo has different segments and levels of authorities that will congregate to advise and adjudicate on matters, to reach a most conseus understanding of the issues, before a matter is decided upon for good of the society, based on justice, equity and fairness. Hence, as a saying goes,- THERE IS A KING OR QUEEN IN EVERY IGBO PERSON OR SAID THE OTHER WAY, IN EVERY IGBO PERSON , YOU HAVE A KING OR A QUEEN. You see, there you are... purely DECENTRALIZED SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT RULES THE IBOS AND/OR THE IGBOS, I.E , OFTEN INTERCHANGLE IN NOMENCLATURE.
