Never take rejection personally. If rejection from a woman can destroy your belief in yourself or make you angry, it says a lot about your level of confidence. It simply means, you live for the validation from women. Rejection is normal, learn to accept it.

The way you handle rejection is the clearest indicator of your self confidence. Alphas are truly self-confident, they don't let rejection lower their opinion of themselves. They don't leech on to the approval of others to validate their alpha status.
