1 Egg Chocolate Cake (No Oven)

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar (add gradually)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions:
1. Beat the egg and gradually add sugar.
2. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
3. Add oil and beat for 1 more minute.
4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
6. Pour the batter into a greased 5-inch mould.
7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
8. Preheat a heavy pan with a lid on medium flame for 5 minutes.
9. Place the mould inside, cover, and cook on low flame for 20–30 minutes. OR
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20–30 minutes.

10. Let it cool, slice, and eat
