You must learn to be comfortable with her silent treatment, and even be tough enough to be able to return the energy to her, even more than the measure which she is giving it to you.

No, it is NOT. Because weemen are very smart and manipulative... when they give you a certain energy, they expect you to feel bad, bend over backwards for them, and crawl your way into submission to her frame.
And for men who are either naive, ignorant about Game or inexperienced in the affairs of dealing with weemen... they become emotionally weak and cannot handle the pressure, so they are forced to succumb to the whoman's whims of manipulations and bend into her frame.
A whoman will piss you off, and when you get angry and yell at her, she will get angry at you for getting angry at her, put all the blame on you, and expect you to apologize to her.
Then when you refuse to apologize... she ignores you and gives you silent treatment.
You think she doesn't know what she's doing?
But then... when you are equal to the task and you're emotionally tough enough to match her energy... she begins to tell you that you are insensitive, weekehd, t0xic, and that you are keeping malice with her... that men don't keep malice, and since you're doing that - then you are childish. Bro! Don't ever fall for this.
If she ignores or ghosts you for 1 day, ghost her for 3 days or even more. If she gives you silent treatment for 1 week, return the energy to her and give her the same silent treatment for 3 extra weeks.
All the BS (bullish!t) that weemen give to men... when the energy is returned to them, they cannot handle it.
Weemen are emotional beings, and everything about the interaction with them is centered on emotional intelligence.
So, you the man can either be emotionally sound, mature and tough... or emotionally weak, dumb and feeble.
