HOW TO CONNECT WITH HIGH-VALUE PEOPLE

Going to people’s dm and asking to be mentored isn’t the way to go!

High value people value their time so much and won’t give it to just anyone for free.

So how do you connect with them?

1. Be Valuable Yourself

You attract what you carry.

High-value people can smell desperation from a mile away, but they also recognize VALUE when they see it.

What skill do you have?

What problem can you solve?

What makes you different? Start there.

Build something. Even if it’s small. Just be doing something for yourself first!

2. Show Up Where They Are

It’s not by commenting “I tap into your grace” under their posts.

Attend their webinars.

Join online communities.

Show up in places they’re likely to be.

And when you get in, don’t go and start begging for visibility.

Instead, contribute. Add intelligent inputs.

Ask thoughtful questions. Share some of your wins. It’s attractive.

3. Use Your Content to Position Yourself

Your content is your loudspeaker.

Let it speak about your expertise, your values, your journey.

When they come across your page, what will they see?

Complaints? Confusion?

Or clarity, consistency, and commitment to growth?

4. Offer Value Before Asking for Anything

You want to DM a high-value person to connect with him or her!

Ask yourself first: “What am I offering this person?”

Even if it’s just a genuine compliment, a thoughtful idea, or something helpful.

Don’t just enter with “I need your help(for free) or “Please be my mentor”

That’s not going to work.

5. Let God Do His Networking

Not everything is by hustling.

Some connections will find you when you’re faithful with what’s in your hand.

Do your part. Sow your seeds. Serve well.

And then let God position you for divine connections. One helper from God can shift your whole story.

Last last, no dey form who you’re not.

Avoid fake life. Just do what you’re supposed to do.

Because when your light starts to shine, trust me, they will find you.
