When the Waves Know Your Name
On a shore where time forgets to tick,
And sunlight hums on ocean’s lip,
We walk — your fingers curled in mine,
Like verses bound in sacred rhyme.
Your breath is salt, your gaze is flame,
Yet soft — no storm, no need to tame.
The sea bears witness in its foam,
That every heartbeat finds its home.
Your loyalty — not loud, but deep,
Like secrets tides alone may keep.
And beauty? Not just skin or face,
But grace in silence, peace in place.
Your lips on mine — no words to speak,
Just waves that blush and shores that creak.
What heaven could I long for more
Than barefoot truths on this warm shore?
If ever life was meant to stay,
It breathed with us that beach-bound day.
And though the tides may pull apart,
You’ll live forever in my heart.
