The Delta State Government has now withdrawn the circular sent to their teachers yesterday.
The earlier circular was forcing teachers to buy a tablet from a vendor. Same teachers that are barely surviving with salaries not up to minimum wage.
The government should invest and equip their teachers with laptops instead.
They have the money.
