A poll by "Israel's" Channel 12 aired on Friday revealed that a majority of Israelis do not trust Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government, with widespread disapproval of its policies on captives and the recently passed budget.

When asked if they trust the current government, 70% of respondents said they do not, while 27% said they do. Even among coalition voters, only 51% expressed trust in the government, compared to 36% who said they did not.

Regarding a potential deal to secure the return of all captives in exchange for ending the war, 69% of respondents said they supported it, 21% opposed it, and 10% were unsure.
