When God visits a fellow, He restores any wasted years that might exist in his or her life.
As long as you are alive and God is your Father, your time is not gone. Your times are in God's hands, and if He hasn't said it is over, who are you to say that your time has passed?

Confess God's word and not your present reality. Only God has the right to close your case, and since you are still alive, it means that He hasn't closed it, and He still has a lot in store for you.
