Ibrahim Traore has shut down the independent electoral commission which organizes ELECTIONS in Burkina Faso .

CENI is just like INEC in Nigeria and Elecam in Cameroon .

He said the country spends over 1 billion Yearly to maintain this commission. He also made it clear that since some foreign people come to supervise elections organized by CENI , it is not trusted and they end up spending more money .

Elections will be organized by a different body in Burkina Faso now , it will be easy to monitor fraud and at the same time reduce the cost of elections and the money used for different things .

Moral lesson : Do you trust INEC ? Do you trust Elecam ???
