*_WHO ARE YOU FOLLOWING?_*
_And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men; Matt. 4:19, KJV._
FOLLOWING SOMEONE is not something new, it had been from time immemorial. That's what we see from today's opening verse. Jesus asked Peter and Andrew to follow Him and He would make them fishers of men; and because they followed Him, they became exactly what Jesus said. Today, many young people actively follow many public figures. They pattern their lives after such 'celebrities'. They dress like them, act like them and.sing like them. They also covet their fame, influence and wealth.
Meanwhile, Jesus remains the greatest celebrity ever. While most of today's celebrities have no future to offer their followers, Jesus offers true purpose, positive influence and complete fulfilment. If you go over today's opening verse again, you will see that He is not inviting anyone to a followership of mere fantasy or admiration. Inviting you to follow Him is not about making Himself more popular. It's based on making you purposeful, impactful and fulfilled. And this is more than becoming a church-goer or a well-behaved person. It's more about knowing Christ and bringing others to the knowledge of Him.
No matter what you do for a living, following Jesus is your highest calling. Whatever you do that stands in the way of your following Him is questionable. Any job, career, business, engagement, association or affiliation that makes it difficult or impossible for you to be a fisher of men is not God's best for you. Of course, you don't have to become a full-time pastor or evangelist to be a fisher of men. You can bring others to Christ even if you are a teacher, doctor, counsellor, trader, salary earner, cleaner, receptionist or artist. But you must be a follower of Christ first.

Cook tasty dinner and don't discuss your problems with him. Stop watching TV shows and Facebook. Don't demand for money or new jewels. If you can do this for one year, your husband will be ok.*
