It works in the beginning but kids eventually get use to it and if you stick to it , bedtime isn't going to be a dreaded battle every night , sticking to a semi _ strict sleep schedule was one of the best things

After a long day of working or a long week , you need to treat yourself as a baby
1) go to salon , make beautiful hair
2) go to spa/ manicure and pedicure
