Heavenly Father, in the quietude of this moment, I draw near to You, acknowledging my tendency to be swept away by life's relentless currents. I confess how I often forsake the joy of Your presence for the fleeting satisfaction of worldly tasks. Teach me, O Lord, to still my heart and mind, that I may discern the clutter that distracts from Your serene voice. Grant me the wisdom to prioritize You, the One needful thing, that I may abide in Your peace and be suffused with heartfelt gratitude. I seek this in the blessed sanctuary of Your love, through Jesus Christ, my Rock and Redeemer. Amen.
