Health benefits and tips for everyday life

We all want to live longer and halthier lives. But does everyone truly know guidelines to achieve it?, No they're not. Not because they ignore it but they are simply not aware.

Which is why I have taken the liberty to highlight these important rules we tend to overlook. First and foremost is the food we eat.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This saying is not wrong, though not many people know why it is. The reason being that when we sleep our body goes offline for a certain amount of time, so when we get our stomachs back online, we must ensure that;

The food we eat is mild, soft and easy to digest, eg. Cereals, toast, eggs, pancakes and milk.

Make sure to eat your fill as you will need the energy.

Avoid junk food. Eg. Coke Soda, etc, during breakfast as they can be harmful to the stomach.

It is necessary to eat your food while it's still hot so it can warm your stomach.

Exercising is another early morning reboot routine you should build for a healthy body. There are so many benefits to it that it is a wonder why not many people engage in it.

The most common ones are jogging, rope skipping, warm up stretching etc.

It awakes the muscles in the body. 

It increases your appetite.

Improve your mental health.

Reduce the risk of illnesses in the body and many more.

Up next we have hygiene as another important factor. Personal hygiene is not the only thing to worry about as we must also take good care of our surroundings. 

Things like sanitizers, disposable masks and gloves should always be with in reach at all times.

Avoid places with poor hygiene as much as possible. As they say, cleanliness is next to Godliness.

Last but not least is sleep. So many people overlook the importance of sleep in thier health. When we sleep it allows the brain and the body to rest and recharge.

Just like a car which needs to be allowed to cool off to regulate temperature and other parts of it's system. so does our body needs sleep to be able to function properly and more efficiently.

All these can add a lot more years to your life. And there is no better time to start than now.
