Dear parents let your children explore Careers that they want to, not only Doctors, Lawyers or Engineers make it in life. Creatives are making millions that you can only imagine, Art is priceless! Meanwhile What do you think was going through my mind??

One of the things creatives/freelancers battle with, including me, is time management. I won’t lie, I’ve not found a perfect formula that works yet. But every day, I’m doing my best to find something that helps me manage my time better. The struggle is real. Struggling to post consistently to keep your brand moving. Struggling to attend to clients excellently. Struggling to handle other pressing matters offline. Struggling to just breathe sometimes. I see people who seem to be doing it well, and honestly, I envy them. Still, I’m doing my best to find what works for me. Let me be sincere. There’s a lot of work to be done online. But the real work is offline, I must tell you. I’ve started implementing a few time management steps lately, and for now, they’re working. I won’t share them yet, not until I’ve learned them well. I’m still in my trial-and-error phase. Truth is, what works for me may not work for you. So try to find your own formula. But just so you know, the struggle with effective time management is real. And it’s one battle you must win. If not, your consistent showing up online will be counterproductive. So as you post, also remember to pause. Go offline. Attend to the things that truly matter: your health, your family, your peace of mind. Social media is tempting, yes, but don’t spend your entire 24 hours here daily, no matter how passionate you are about your work. You need a break, even if it’s just for a few hours. Well, I just thought to drop this here. These days, I’m becoming more vulnerable. I’m not sure I like it, but I’m flowing with the move of my spirit. Much love. Have a productive day ahead. It's superb to be creative

When you think that you have outsmarted the business owner, beware because you are treading on dangerous waters. Creative and exposed Marketers are the 'Life-Blood' of every successful business you see around you. If you have a business and or are hoping to start a business, don't make the error of not having a marketer on payroll. At the earlier days, the money you pay your marketing team may seem like you are wasting resources, but wait until they start bringing in sales. I hope you are open for expansion and have the power to increase your production capacity to match the increase demand that often comes from their input which can sometimes spread over many months of prospecting.
