  • POLITICS AND INTERESTS

Have you seen the video of Atiku having breakfast in Aregbesola's house?

While he was in his living room, the drummers were beating "2027, Tinubu o lule ni". Wow! Inside Aregbesola's house!!!

If anyone had earlier told me that a day would come when the sitting room of Aregbesola will be boardroom for plans against Tinubu, I will say no, it's impossible.

In the same vein, if anyone had earlier told me that Wike would be Tinubu's man Friday (right-hand man), I will say it can never be possible.

My people, here we are today. Everything is happening. It's been long that I came to realise that politics is not worth being obsessed about.

Where interests align, archenemies become bosom friends and staunch allies. That's politics for you. Let's just be careful.

  • Playing chess with the inmates at Rikers Island was a life changing experience for me. - Tunde Onakoya
    Good morning,
I am the jail program coordinator for the Lenawee County jail in Michigan. I was speaking with a person in the facility regarding your program and the wonderful things that you do to help others. He stressed how he enjoyed playing chess and how this has changed his mind set on life chooses. He asked me to watch the videos regarding your program, and I must say they are very inspiring. I'm hoping you can send me some information regarding your program and how we may incorporate this into the facility. @Tonyballard77

  • I stopped buying tiger-nut anyhow the day I noticed the sellers no longer go with transparent water bottles to sprinkle water on it.

One day, I wanted to buy tiger-nut. I stopped an aboki, and while we were discussing and negotiating, I tried testing him, I picked up his water bottle to drink, claiming I was thirsty. He quickly stopped me.

I asked him why, and he said, “Kai, nooo! That water no be for drinking oo,” and grabbed the bottle from me.

I asked, “But you dey use it di water your market, abi [But aren'tuou using it to keep your tigernut fresh]? Is it good for you?”

He smiled and said, “This water is different. Even me no fit drink am meaning, [Even I myself can't drink it]”

I was shocked. “Are you serious?”

He replied, “Walahi! Na special water meaning [Like seriously, it's a special water]”

I was so confused. The bottle wasn’t transparent, so I couldn’t see what was inside, but it was either dirty water or something else entirely. Then I lost my appetite to buy and not to make him feel bad, I told him I am having a ten thousand note... Thankfully, he said he won't have change for it, and I left.

Now, there’s a trending video of an aboki caught using his urine instead of water to sprinkle on tiger nuts. Imagine that!

This is why you must always wash your tigernut very well before eating.

Be careful of what you put in your stomach. Food poisoning is real, and once it damages your stomach, fixing it won’t be easy.

If you must eat it, please wash it thoroughly. Don’t just buy pure water, and pour, shake it, and start eating.

Please wash with clean water and salt before eating. Be careful not to just buy anything on the road and start eating, take your time to wash it thoroughly. Some of these fruits you see on the road are stored using chemicals to preserve them.

    Stay safe!

  • "When my sxxtape went viral on social media and many people were talking about it, I thought my colleagues, who are also celebrities, would support me, but none of them made a post to support me in that difficult situation.

Since then, I hardly support people because when I needed support, none of the people I had already supported stood by me. But thank God, the video was deleted from all social media platforms and all devices.

To be honest, people only support you when they know it benefits them. Choose your circle of friends wisely."- Tiwa Savage
