• THE BITTER TRUTH ABOUT BUILDING A TEAM OF LEADERS VS JUST BUILDING A TEAM

In network marketing, anyone can build a team — but not everyone can build a team of leaders. And that’s the bitter truth most people don’t want to talk about.

    Let’s be honest…
You can recruit 100 people, run promotions, motivate with music and fire emojis, but if you're not building people who can think, act, and lead independently — you’re just stacking numbers, not creating growth.

A team of followers will always need you.
A team of leaders will multiply with or without you.

Too many networkers are obsessed with “rank ups” and “team size” that they forget the core mission: developing people.
Duplication isn't just about repeating what works — it's about transferring mindset, responsibility, and resilience.

    Here’s the ugly reality:
    Not everyone wants to lead.
    Not everyone is coachable.
    Some will resist growth.
Some want the title without the responsibility.
And some will leave the moment it gets tough.

    But here's the secret:
If you truly want financial freedom in MLM…
If you truly want a business that pays you in your sleep…
You need to stop focusing on being the superstar and start raising superstars.

Teach your people how to think.
    Challenge them to grow.
Let them make mistakes and learn.
    Give up control.
    Be a leader of leaders.

    That’s how legacy is built.
That’s how true wealth is earned.
That’s the bitter pill — but it’s also the breakthrough.

Let the rest keep building followers.
    You? Build empires.

  • When people die, we say: “Do not speak ill of the dead.”

But today, I ask one question: what of the living the dead ruined?

What of the lives they shattered?

    The voices they silenced?

    The dreams they wasted?

What if the dead ruled with cruelty and departed, leaving a trail of victims too damaged to ever recover?

What if their legacy is the reason some died untimely, violently, and unnecessarily in the first place?

    Muhammadu Buhari is gone.

And once again, a bleeding nation is being asked to perform its most dangerous ritual: FORGET!

    But I remember.

I remember citizens waving flags and singing the anthem
gunned down at Lekki Tollgate by soldiers, under his government that saw a demand for dignity as defiance.

    The streetlights went off.
    The cameras looked away.
The bullets rained down mercilessly on unarmed citizens!

    He was Commander-in-Chief!

Families are still grieving. Many are still missing.

    His government denied their murder.

They made us question the evidence of our own eyes.

They spat on our memory and dared us to forget.

    I remember the Shi’ites
    fathers, sons, women, children
dragged through dust, crushed under boots,
for daring to march and pray differently.

I remember the violent burial of justice
when DSS agents invaded judges’ homes at midnight, Gestapo-style,
without warrants, without shame, without consequence.
    Till date, no justification.
And the judiciary never stood the same again.

I remember the hundreds of “repentant” Boko Haram terrorists he released back into society
with fanfare, jollof rice, sewing machines, starter packs, and smiles
while widows of slain soldiers clutched folded flags and death certificates.
While children from burnt villages grew up without homes,
    without fathers,
    without mothers,
    without answers.

I remember the grievous collapse of the economy
the deepest plunge into abyss this nation had witnessed in recent history
while Buhari repeatedly abandoned the country, disappearing for weeks without remorse, without explanation.

As inflation soared, the Naira crumbled into disgrace, and food prices became horror stories,
    he remained absent.

    Absent while businesses folded.

Absent while the World Poverty Clock declared Nigeria the Poverty Capital of the World.

He watched from a distance, aloof, detached, unmoved
and whenever he spoke, it was either denial or pure condescension.

    No strategy.

    No empathy.

    No shame.

I remember the wickedness of his final days in office
a Naira redesign wrapped in the disguise of reform,
    announced without foresight,
without care for the poor, the sick, the elderly, or the rural.

People died not for lack of medicine,
but because they couldn’t use or access their money to purchase it.

Aged parents wept bitterly in the streets, under the hot sun,
for days that turned into weeks, because their own money was locked away.

And Buhari, the Chief Architect of that doomsday policy
the man under whose watch lives wasted like scraps of paper
was the single biggest beneficiary of public goodwill in our democratic history!

Yet they say, “Do not speak ill of the dead.”

    Why?

Because he is now under the earth?

Was he not godlike in power while we suffered under his rule?

Since when did death become a bleach that wipes away how people lived?

Since when did dying canonize men who had no empathy for the living?

    He died in London
not in Zaria, not in Enugu, not in Jos
but in a foreign hospital most Nigerians cannot even dream of, let alone afford.

And his media aide, Femi Adesina, looked Nigerians dead in the face and said,
"Buhari could have long died if he used Nigerian hospitals...due to lack of medical competence..."

The sheer cruelty of the Nigerian ruling class in full glare!

So, who should use Nigerian hospitals?

Who should suffer the lack of "medical competence"?

The aggrieved masses, from whom you now demand silence or empathy for the dead?

The one who ruled for 8 YEARS over bad hospitals, empty pharmacies, and unpaid doctors?

And when his time came, he fled, as usual, the very system he created.

He ran from his own legacy.

How many Nigerians can run from bad governance?
How many of you reading this can afford London clinics?

But again, they say: “Do not speak ill of the dead.”

    Do not remember your pain.
    Do not remember your trauma.
Do not remember the loved ones you buried.
Do not remember the blood that dried on our streets.
    Do not remember your truth.

    But I do remember.
And I will not be silent.

    He governed like a ghost
    distant, cold, silent
    except when denying responsibility.

He left a nation poorer, angrier, and more broken than he met it.
    He stole our time.
    He wasted our growth.
    He stifled our voice.

And now, they want to steal our memory too?

Nigeria is a tragedy dressed in resilience.

    We are too forgiving.
    Too adaptive.
    Too FORGETFUL.

    We hug trauma like tradition.

    We laugh in hunger...in pain!

We move on too fast, too far, before our wounds even scab.

We’ve normalized cuddling and being ruled by people who do not love us.

    Leaders who weaponize our silence.

Who live lavishly off our forgetfulness.

Who take and take and take
    because they know:
When they die, we’ll still say “rest in peace.”
We’ll still honor their ignoble memory and whisper: “Don’t speak ill of the dead.”

And so we never name shame.

We never call wickedness exactly what it is.

We never hang failure around the necks of those who earned it.

And that is why it never ends.

That is why they never stop taking us for granted.

Let Buhari’s name NEVER be uttered with reverence.

Let his memory haunt the halls of power.

Let his people carry the burden of the name that emptied a nation.

Let every living and future president, governor, senator, judge, and minister know:

If you ruin lives, you will not be remembered in peace.

We will not lie for you.

    We will not absolve you.

We will not let death whitewash your legacy.

We will not silence our truth for the comfort of your memory.

    ---
    This post is about us.

    About Nigeria.

And how we keep burying our trauma under the cloak of politeness.

We say: “Let the dead rest.”

But did the dead let us rest?

    We say: "Respect the dead."

But did the dead respect the living?

We must stop confusing cowardice for civility.
We must stop mistaking silence for grace.
We must be comfortable with painful truth, demanding accountability, and having tough conversations!

    We must make it clear:

To die in disgrace must be a warning to the living.

A nation that does not shame the wicked will keep giving birth to monsters.

    I want a country
where our children have a future they can trust.

Where they look up to their leaders and not just up at airplanes far in the sky.

Where our brightest minds don’t flee to be second-class citizens elsewhere.

    Where hospitals heal, not kill.

Where doctors and health personnel are well paid
and not told to go learn tailoring, like Buhari's own Health Minister once said,
without fear of any rebuke from his boss, the President!

Where leaders are true stewards, not shameless, heartless predators.

And if that future must begin with truth,
    then let it begin here.

    Buhari failed this country.
    Spectacularly.
    Shamelessly.
    Fatally.

He squandered hope and enormous goodwill, the kind never seen before.

That is his legacy, and I will not pretend otherwise.

Because when death becomes a sweet deodorant for wickedness,
we teach the living that legacies don’t matter
and that is how nations die long before their people do.

And to those of you who say, “He’s gone now. Let’s move on. Let’s focus on our own legacy…”

I say: we cannot build clean legacies atop the graves of unaccounted wickedness.

To move forward without reckoning is not wisdom; it is willful amnesia. It is dangerous, faux morality!

The dead may be gone, yes. But their choices still live with us.

    Their impact outlives their breath.

And the way we remember them tells the living what history will one day say of them too.

“Do not speak ill of the dead?”

Then, let the dead live better.

    Let them lead with conscience,

remembering the day they'll take their final breath.

Enough of political correctness that earns us nothing.

Enough of false civility that brings us more chains and despair.

Enough of this culture of respectability we have pushed too far into sheer docility.

Let the dead rest, if they so deserve.

But let the truth never sleep.

My name is Ayo Atitebi, and I am my father's child!
    Copied.

  • Christ my savior and light, I thank you daily for your sacrifice. Give me the courage and strength to move with you, unto the world of man and to spread the word of the Heavenly father. Let me not stand still in Your Word Lord, growing complacent and silent, but rather let me sing loudly your psalms, and trudge fearlessly holding your flame of truth and glory; illuminating your grace upon the face of all men and women. Amen.

  • SEEDS OF DESTINY DAILY DEVOTIONAL GUIDE BY DR PST PAUL ENENCHE

    DATE: SUNDAY, 20TH JULY 2025.

TOPIC: THE TRAGEDY OF THE ABUSE OF GRACE

SCRIPTURE: For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins. But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despise Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: HEBREWS 10:26-28.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The abuse of grace leads to eternal damnation.
The present wave of satanic doctrines and teachings reveal that there are people who live anyhow they want in the name of grace. Some preachers teach that once you are saved, you are permanently and eternally saved even if you continue to live consciously and actively in sin. That is a lie from the pit of hell; that is an abuse of grace.

The essence of grace is to make us wax strong in the spirit (Luke 2:40). Grace makes people to be Christ-like in every aspect. It teaches people to deny ungodliness and worldly lust, thereby empowering them to live soberly in righteousness and godliness in this present world (Titus 2:11-12). Grace causes people to abound unto good work (2Corinthians 9:8). So, grace imparts the power to live right, not a license to live wrong.

Jude 1:4-5 (NLT) says,…some ungodly people have wormed their way into your churches, saying that God’s marvelous grace allows us to live immoral lives. The condemnation of such people was recorded long ago, for they have denied our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ. So I want to remind you, though you already know these things, that Jesus first rescued the nation of Israel from Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not remain faithful.

So, there is nothing like if you are saved today, you remain saved permanently forever.

Verse 6 and 7 of Jude says, And I remind you of the angels who did not stay within the limits of authority God gave them but left the place where they belonged. God has kept them securely chained in prisons of darkness, waiting for the great day of judgment. And don’t forget Sodom and Gomorrah and their neighboring towns, which were filled with immorality and every kind of sexual perversion. Those cities were destroyed by fire and serve as a warning of the eternal fire of God’s judgment.

Beloved, the truth is, the abuse of grace leads to eternal damnation. To claim that grace is a license to live anyhow is to find oneself in eternal hell where there is no way out. Everyone can go to church but not everyone can go to heaven. So, refuse to be caught up in the web of satanic teachings that have come to usher many people to hell.

You will not be a victim in Jesus’ Name.
Remember this: The abuse of grace leads to eternal damnation.

    ASSIGNMENT(S):
    1. Refuse to live in sin; and if you have a weakness, make demands on God’s grace to overcome it so you can live in righteousness.
    2. Be sincere to God; if you make a mistake, sincerely ask for mercy and never go back to it.
    3. Pray, study the Bible, and create an atmosphere of God’s presence around you always.

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to walk in righteousness. Draw me close to You and connect me with Your purity, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

  • Thomas Partey: Protected at Arsenal, Exposed as a Free Agent?

    Just remembered Thomas Partey again

He reportedly demanded a salary increase from £200k to £250k per week in other to sign a new contract but Arsenal refused.

He declined the offer to sign and walked away as a free agent.

Barely days later, the rape case he’s been linked to for over four years suddenly resurfaced and this time, he was charged.

    Now here’s the question:

Why wasn’t he charged while playing for Arsenal?

Was the club quietly protecting his image all this time?

Did they shield him from the media and legal storm until his contract expired?

Now that he’s no longer under their umbrella, the case moves forward.

    Coincidence? Or calculated timing?

    Let’s talk.

The issue now is no club will want to sign because of this allegations

    TWO IS BETTER THAN ONE!
In today’s world, relationships can sometimes feel like just another item on life’s to-do list. But when you strip away the noise, one simple truth remains: two is better than one. That’s especially true when it comes to marriage.
Marriage isn't just about the fairytale moments or the highlight reels on social media. It’s about showing up—day in, day out—for your partner. It’s about building something that lasts through the highs, the lows, and all the everyday stuff in between.
So, why is two better than one?
For starters, life hits different when you have someone by your side. A strong marriage offers emotional support, companionship, and a safe space to be yourself. When one person is down, the other steps in. When one wins, both celebrate. It’s not just about sharing a life, it’s about multiplying the joy and dividing the stress.
Marriage also brings out the best in people. Living with someone who knows you inside and out means constantly being inspired, challenged, and encouraged to grow. Your partner becomes your teammate, your cheerleader, and sometimes, your biggest mirror. The journey isn’t always easy, but that’s what makes it meaningful.
Married couples often enjoy better mental and physical health, increased financial stability, and longer life expectancy. But more than statistics, it’s the everyday connection, the late-night talks, inside jokes, shared goals, that makes marriage so powerful.
Of course, no relationship is perfect. Marriage takes work, patience, and a whole lot of communication. But when both partners are committed, the rewards are undeniable.
So whether you're married, dating, or dreaming about the future, remember this: love isn’t about finding someone to complete you, it’s about choosing someone to do life with. Because at the end of the day, two really is better than one.

DON'T MARRY FOR LOVE, IT'S A SCAM, YOU WILL LOOSE

If You Marry for Love—You Are A Loser.

Marriage is not romance. It’s a strategic investment.

    Let’s stop deceiving ourselves.

    Love is not enough.

    Romance won’t sustain you.

And marriage built on feelings will collapse under pressure.

Because marriage isn’t an emotional experiment.

    It’s a power move.

    1. Feelings Fade—Structure Stays

    You’re happy today. Great.

But what happens when money gets tight?

What happens when you lose your job?

What happens when she wakes up and says, “I’m not in love anymore”?

If your marriage was built on butterflies, expect it to collapse once the wind changes.

Love is a spark. But marriage needs fuel.

    Vision. Structure. Alignment. Sacrifice. Strategy.

    2. If You’re 70 and You Marry 30—Your Household Is 50

    Let’s talk logic.

    You’re wise. She’s fresh.

But instead of raising your stock, she drops the average.

    You’re thinking legacy—she’s thinking TikTok.

You’re building wealth—she’s building “influencer reels.”

(She’s not even ready to build it into a media business.)

You’ve seen war—she’s crying because you forgot to comment on her new selfie.

And now you’re stuck in a marriage that drags you backward.

    Because you married vibes—not vision.

    3. Marriage Is a Merger—Not a Movie

When two become one, it’s not about hugs and kisses.

It’s about merging empires. Consolidating influence.

    Combining assets. Multiplying momentum.

    Even the Bible said:

“One will chase a thousand, two will chase ten thousand.”

But what if the “two” is a liability?

What if she’s chasing dopamine instead of purpose?

What if she’s more obsessed with matching pajamas than matching values?

Now, you’re running with dead weight.

Fighting alone. Providing alone. Planning alone.

    And she’s somewhere saying,
    “I don’t like forcing things.”

    4. Modern Girls Don’t Grind—They Ghost

    Let’s be real.

    Many modern women want:

    • Love with no labor
    • Comfort with no contribution
    • Leadership with no loyalty

    She wants a soft life—but won’t lift a finger.

She’s jobless, but has high taste.

She’s broke, but her demands come in six figures.

She says you’re stressing her mental health—because you asked about her career goals.

Try to build with her, and she’ll say,
“This isn’t flowing naturally. I need space.”

    5.Her Submission Is a “Maybe”

    Her obligations are “Optional”

    Today’s woman wants:

    • To reply when she feels like
    • To submit if the vibe is right
    • To bear children only when convenient
    • To pause the relationship if she’s “not in the mood”

Any hint of hardship, she’s gone.

Any serious talk, she’s “emotionally unavailable.”

Any call for accountability, she’s “being controlled.”

And if you dare lead with firmness?

    She’ll tell Twitter you’re a narcissist.

    6. Dysfunction Is the New Normal

Many modern girls were raised in chaos.

    Divorced parents. Absent fathers.

    Traumatized mothers.

And instead of healing, they brought that chaos into dating.

So when you show up with purpose and structure?

    She calls it “too much.”

She wants a soft man who’s strong.

    A rich man who’s humble.

A loyal man who doesn’t ask questions.

She wants everything—but gives almost nothing.

    So Here’s the Brutal Truth:

    Marriage is a system.

If you don’t build it with strategy, it will collapse in drama.

    Stop marrying for butterflies.

    Start marrying for alignment.

    For values. For vision.

Pick a partner who multiplies your purpose—not one who multiplies your pain.

Because at the end of the day…

It’s not who makes your heart skip.

It’s who helps you finish the race.

    Marry wisely.

Remember—when it finally comes to a divorce, obligations are enforceable by law, but no one can compel her to keep loving you and riding your joystick that’s insisting she’s the best rider it has ever seen.

Speak with wisdom in the comments, I will like to have your opinions.

  • On #socialmedia, you’ll see hurtful comments - comments full of bitterness.

But here’s the truth: those comments hardly come from people above you.

People ahead of you, people doing great things, don’t throw shade online.
They’re too busy building, creating, and focusing on their next level & projects.

It’s never the ones winning who mock or tear others down, it’s usually the ones stuck & cannot do what you do.

Anyone who’s truly progressing knows how hard the journey is.
So, they don’t waste time hating, they’re too busy growing & building.

So when you see hate, don’t take it personal.
See it for what it is: misplaced pain from people who feel left behind mostly.

Stay focused. Keep building. Let the noise stay behind you.

  • THE TRUTH BEHIND MR. IBU’S DEÁTH

Let me tell you what many of you don't know.
The story they never wanted the world to hear.
The truth… behind Mr. Ibu’s déath.

Most people knew Jasmine as Mr. Ibu’s adopted daughter. But do you know how that came to be?

Jasmine’s biological father was a soldier and a very closed friend to Mr ibu. A brave one. But he dîed when Jasmine was still very small. That was when Mr. Ibu stepped in. He took her in, raised her, loved her like his own blood.

He sent her to school, trained her, and when the time came, she travelled out to Cyprus to further her studies.
    Life moved on.

Then one day in 2020, Jasmine received a strange message on WhatsApp. It said,
    “Please, help… Daddy needs you.”

She thought it was a scám.

But something in her heart told her to look into it.

That’s when she found out that Mr. Ibu had relocated from Abuja to Lagos… and was sûffering.
He had nothing. No support. No stable home.
He was sîck, bróke, and abândoned.

Every single day, he was begging Jasmine for money—and she kept sending.
She sent until she got tired.
Then she asked, “What exactly is going on, Daddy?”

And when she heard that he was really sîck and nobody—not even his family—was looking after him,
she booked a flight and came back to Nigeria immediately.

When she saw Mr. Ibu in person… she couldn’t believe her eyes.
He was a shadow of himself.
    Thîn. Wéak. Bróken.

She took him straight to the hospital and started caring for him like her own father.

And it was there… on that hospital bed… that Mr. Ibu said something that shôok her to her bones.

In his own words, he looked at her and said:

“Jasmine… they want me dtad. That’s the truth. They don’t care about me. They just want to take my properties. They are waiting for me to dîe so they can share everything I ever worked for.”

Then he paused… looked away… and added with páin in his voice:

“Even my wife… the woman I called my own… chéated on me. Jasmine, don’t let her come here. I will never trust her again. Even if I dîe, just know this — I never found peace in this world. Not in my marriage… not in my home.”

    Those were his words.
    From his own mouth.
    Not rumors. Not gossip.

Now the man who made the whole world laugh has dîed with tears in his heart.
Not from sîckness alone… but from héartbreak, bétrayal, and néglect.

Jasmine was the only one who stood by him when everyone else turned their backs.

    So I ask you today…

Where were the people who claimed to love him?
Why did they wait until his déath to start pretending?

    Rest well, Mr. Ibu
    Your laughter lives on.
Your pâin is no longer hidden.

🕯️ THE TRUTH BEHIND MR. IBU’S DEÁTH Let me tell you what many of you don't know. It said, “Please, help… Daddy needs you.” She thought it was a scám. Then she asked, “What exactly is going on, Daddy?” And when she heard that he was really sîck and nobody—not even his family—was looking after him, she booked a flight and came back to Nigeria immediately. In his own words, he looked at her and said: “Jasmine… they want me dtad. That’s the truth. They don’t care about me. They just want to take my properties. They are waiting for me to dîe so they can share everything I ever worked for.” Then he paused… looked away… and added with páin in his voice: “Even my wife… the woman I called my own… chéated on me. Jasmine, don’t let her come here. I will never trust her again. Even if I dîe, just know this — I never found peace in this world. Not in my marriage… not in my home.” Those were his words.
