    TWO IS BETTER THAN ONE!
In today’s world, relationships can sometimes feel like just another item on life’s to-do list. But when you strip away the noise, one simple truth remains: two is better than one. That’s especially true when it comes to marriage.
Marriage isn't just about the fairytale moments or the highlight reels on social media. It’s about showing up—day in, day out—for your partner. It’s about building something that lasts through the highs, the lows, and all the everyday stuff in between.
So, why is two better than one?
For starters, life hits different when you have someone by your side. A strong marriage offers emotional support, companionship, and a safe space to be yourself. When one person is down, the other steps in. When one wins, both celebrate. It’s not just about sharing a life, it’s about multiplying the joy and dividing the stress.
Marriage also brings out the best in people. Living with someone who knows you inside and out means constantly being inspired, challenged, and encouraged to grow. Your partner becomes your teammate, your cheerleader, and sometimes, your biggest mirror. The journey isn’t always easy, but that’s what makes it meaningful.
Married couples often enjoy better mental and physical health, increased financial stability, and longer life expectancy. But more than statistics, it’s the everyday connection, the late-night talks, inside jokes, shared goals, that makes marriage so powerful.
Of course, no relationship is perfect. Marriage takes work, patience, and a whole lot of communication. But when both partners are committed, the rewards are undeniable.
So whether you're married, dating, or dreaming about the future, remember this: love isn’t about finding someone to complete you, it’s about choosing someone to do life with. Because at the end of the day, two really is better than one.

DON'T MARRY FOR LOVE, IT'S A SCAM, YOU WILL LOOSE

If You Marry for Love—You Are A Loser.

Marriage is not romance. It’s a strategic investment.

    Let’s stop deceiving ourselves.

    Love is not enough.

    Romance won’t sustain you.

And marriage built on feelings will collapse under pressure.

Because marriage isn’t an emotional experiment.

    It’s a power move.

    1. Feelings Fade—Structure Stays

    You’re happy today. Great.

But what happens when money gets tight?

What happens when you lose your job?

What happens when she wakes up and says, “I’m not in love anymore”?

If your marriage was built on butterflies, expect it to collapse once the wind changes.

Love is a spark. But marriage needs fuel.

    Vision. Structure. Alignment. Sacrifice. Strategy.

    2. If You’re 70 and You Marry 30—Your Household Is 50

    Let’s talk logic.

    You’re wise. She’s fresh.

But instead of raising your stock, she drops the average.

    You’re thinking legacy—she’s thinking TikTok.

You’re building wealth—she’s building “influencer reels.”

(She’s not even ready to build it into a media business.)

You’ve seen war—she’s crying because you forgot to comment on her new selfie.

And now you’re stuck in a marriage that drags you backward.

    Because you married vibes—not vision.

    3. Marriage Is a Merger—Not a Movie

When two become one, it’s not about hugs and kisses.

It’s about merging empires. Consolidating influence.

    Combining assets. Multiplying momentum.

    Even the Bible said:

“One will chase a thousand, two will chase ten thousand.”

But what if the “two” is a liability?

What if she’s chasing dopamine instead of purpose?

What if she’s more obsessed with matching pajamas than matching values?

Now, you’re running with dead weight.

Fighting alone. Providing alone. Planning alone.

    And she’s somewhere saying,
    “I don’t like forcing things.”

    4. Modern Girls Don’t Grind—They Ghost

    Let’s be real.

    Many modern women want:

    • Love with no labor
    • Comfort with no contribution
    • Leadership with no loyalty

    She wants a soft life—but won’t lift a finger.

She’s jobless, but has high taste.

She’s broke, but her demands come in six figures.

She says you’re stressing her mental health—because you asked about her career goals.

Try to build with her, and she’ll say,
“This isn’t flowing naturally. I need space.”

    5.Her Submission Is a “Maybe”

    Her obligations are “Optional”

    Today’s woman wants:

    • To reply when she feels like
    • To submit if the vibe is right
    • To bear children only when convenient
    • To pause the relationship if she’s “not in the mood”

Any hint of hardship, she’s gone.

Any serious talk, she’s “emotionally unavailable.”

Any call for accountability, she’s “being controlled.”

And if you dare lead with firmness?

    She’ll tell Twitter you’re a narcissist.

    6. Dysfunction Is the New Normal

Many modern girls were raised in chaos.

    Divorced parents. Absent fathers.

    Traumatized mothers.

And instead of healing, they brought that chaos into dating.

So when you show up with purpose and structure?

    She calls it “too much.”

She wants a soft man who’s strong.

    A rich man who’s humble.

A loyal man who doesn’t ask questions.

She wants everything—but gives almost nothing.

    So Here’s the Brutal Truth:

    Marriage is a system.

If you don’t build it with strategy, it will collapse in drama.

    Stop marrying for butterflies.

    Start marrying for alignment.

    For values. For vision.

Pick a partner who multiplies your purpose—not one who multiplies your pain.

Because at the end of the day…

It’s not who makes your heart skip.

It’s who helps you finish the race.

    Marry wisely.

Remember—when it finally comes to a divorce, obligations are enforceable by law, but no one can compel her to keep loving you and riding your joystick that’s insisting she’s the best rider it has ever seen.

Speak with wisdom in the comments, I will like to have your opinions.

  • On #socialmedia, you’ll see hurtful comments - comments full of bitterness.

But here’s the truth: those comments hardly come from people above you.

People ahead of you, people doing great things, don’t throw shade online.
They’re too busy building, creating, and focusing on their next level & projects.

It’s never the ones winning who mock or tear others down, it’s usually the ones stuck & cannot do what you do.

Anyone who’s truly progressing knows how hard the journey is.
So, they don’t waste time hating, they’re too busy growing & building.

So when you see hate, don’t take it personal.
See it for what it is: misplaced pain from people who feel left behind mostly.

Stay focused. Keep building. Let the noise stay behind you.

  • THE TRUTH BEHIND MR. IBU’S DEÁTH

Let me tell you what many of you don't know.
The story they never wanted the world to hear.
The truth… behind Mr. Ibu’s déath.

Most people knew Jasmine as Mr. Ibu’s adopted daughter. But do you know how that came to be?

Jasmine’s biological father was a soldier and a very closed friend to Mr ibu. A brave one. But he dîed when Jasmine was still very small. That was when Mr. Ibu stepped in. He took her in, raised her, loved her like his own blood.

He sent her to school, trained her, and when the time came, she travelled out to Cyprus to further her studies.
    Life moved on.

Then one day in 2020, Jasmine received a strange message on WhatsApp. It said,
    “Please, help… Daddy needs you.”

She thought it was a scám.

But something in her heart told her to look into it.

That’s when she found out that Mr. Ibu had relocated from Abuja to Lagos… and was sûffering.
He had nothing. No support. No stable home.
He was sîck, bróke, and abândoned.

Every single day, he was begging Jasmine for money—and she kept sending.
She sent until she got tired.
Then she asked, “What exactly is going on, Daddy?”

And when she heard that he was really sîck and nobody—not even his family—was looking after him,
she booked a flight and came back to Nigeria immediately.

When she saw Mr. Ibu in person… she couldn’t believe her eyes.
He was a shadow of himself.
    Thîn. Wéak. Bróken.

She took him straight to the hospital and started caring for him like her own father.

And it was there… on that hospital bed… that Mr. Ibu said something that shôok her to her bones.

In his own words, he looked at her and said:

“Jasmine… they want me dtad. That’s the truth. They don’t care about me. They just want to take my properties. They are waiting for me to dîe so they can share everything I ever worked for.”

Then he paused… looked away… and added with páin in his voice:

“Even my wife… the woman I called my own… chéated on me. Jasmine, don’t let her come here. I will never trust her again. Even if I dîe, just know this — I never found peace in this world. Not in my marriage… not in my home.”

    Those were his words.
    From his own mouth.
    Not rumors. Not gossip.

Now the man who made the whole world laugh has dîed with tears in his heart.
Not from sîckness alone… but from héartbreak, bétrayal, and néglect.

Jasmine was the only one who stood by him when everyone else turned their backs.

    So I ask you today…

Where were the people who claimed to love him?
Why did they wait until his déath to start pretending?

    Rest well, Mr. Ibu
    Your laughter lives on.
Your pâin is no longer hidden.

If this story touched you, drop a candle for láte Mr ibu

When she saw Mr. Ibu in person… she couldn’t believe her eyes. He was a shadow of himself. Thîn. Wéak. Bróken. She took him straight to the hospital and started caring for him like her own father. And it was there… on that hospital bed… that Mr. Ibu said something that shôok her to her bones. In his own words, he looked at her and said: “Jasmine… they want me dtad. That’s the truth. They don’t care about me. They just want to take my properties. They are waiting for me to dîe so they can share everything I ever worked for.” Then he paused… looked away… and added with páin in his voice: “Even my wife… the woman I called my own… chéated on me. Jasmine, don’t let her come here. I will never trust her again. Even if I dîe, just know this — I never found peace in this world. Not in my marriage… not in my home.” Those were his words. From his own mouth. Not rumors. Not gossip. Now the man who made the whole world laugh has dîed with tears in his heart. Not from sîckness alone… but from héartbreak, bétrayal, and néglect. Jasmine was the only one who stood by him when everyone else turned their backs. So I ask you today… Where were the people who claimed to love him? Why did they wait until his déath to start pretending? Rest well, Mr. Ibu Your laughter lives on. Your pâin is no longer hidden. If this story touched you, drop a candle 🕯️ for láte Mr ibu

  • A few of the greatest lessons I have learned in life:

EVERYONE has an opinion.  NONE of them are right.

Being able to listen to all and believe NONE is a skill.  Truth works on its own time.  Otherwise, everyone would know it—which simply isn’t the case.

You have two ears and one mouth, therefore, listen twice as much as you talk.  You will grow wiser, faster.

The foolish young are idealistic know-it-alls whilst the wise elders are simply more practical.

Don't kid yourself.  But don't lose your inner child either.

    Imagination is the creation-station relation.

The music you listen to is the soundtrack of your life.

Love is in the little things.

Fear is a projection of what is not KNOWN.

The heart reigns supreme when it is no longer foolish.

One who thinks themselves wise has a long way yet to go.  The road to wisdom has no end in sight.

What was noble yesterday has become nefarious today.  Nobility has a short life which requires continual renewal.

Where one fears to tread, someone has already traveled.  There is an example for every impossibility.

Bravery is earned through courageous choices.

    Freedom is an attitude.

Abuse is “inverted tolerance” of what you put up with in yourself.

    Defeat is always optional.

"Why" is what you ask yourself.  "Who, what, when, where and how" is what you ask others.

Time is merely motion.  You don’t live BY it, you MAKE it.

A sharp tongue is equal only to a dull wit.

Unpleasant people are only required until you develop intolerance.

The law of thirds states that 1/3 of people (anything) are good, 1/3 are neutral and 1/3 are evil.  Who can say "I am all three at once!"?

    Beauty is only eye deep.

Love is a series of the smallest actions, the tiniest notices and the realest moves.

I have many more hours in a day than most.  To rise early is an investment in your SELF.  It always pays over-time.

Freedom didn’t come until I lost control (the external world).  Then I found the power I was looking for (the internal world).

The sum of your human experience is where all elements meet.  The ground and the air.  The shore of water and earth.  The sunlight and your skin.  The mind and your heart.

The heart is the muscle of the mind.

Soul is something you develop over time.  It has no truer or greater expression than what makes YOU - unique to all else.

I do not OWN myself; I AM MY SELF.

To live YOUR purpose is to live ON PURPOSE.....

Rock-Hard Omelette : How Chemistry and Food Give You Stronger, Younger Erections

    ERECTION

Rock-Hard Omelette : How Chemistry and Food Give You Stronger, Younger Erections
Stronger erections start in the kitchen—because what you feed yourself, you feed your chemistry.
Most men think stamina fades because of age. Or that their sex drive dips because they’re “just not in the mood.”

But the truth? It’s not your size. It’s not your age. It’s your chemistry.

Because after 30, your levels of dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin—the trio that governs your arousal, confidence, and performance—start to decline. Quietly. Steadily. Powerfully.

When they drop, your erections weaken. Your desire dims. Your confidence suffers.

    But here’s the seductive twist:

These hormones can be rebuilt. Reignited. Rebalanced.

And one of the fastest, most powerful ways to do that… is through food.

    Yes, food.

Because the right foods don’t just fill your stomach. They spark your libido. They sharpen your mind. They harden your cock.

Let me show you what to eat to feel like a man again—confident, potent, and deeply craved.

The Desire Menu: 5 Foods That Reignite Your Chemistry
These aren’t just “healthy” foods. They’re chemical aphrodisiacs—each one hand-picked to fuel your hormones and unlock your edge.

    1. Eggs
Rich in tyrosine and B vitamins, eggs spark dopamine and serotonin—the mood and reward hormones. That means more desire. More motivation. And yes… more morning wood.

    2. Salmon
Packed with omega-3s and vitamin D. Enhances blood flow, boosts brain function, and helps testosterone production. Some studies suggest omega-3s may support oxytocin function, though more research is needed. Ideal for dinner before a night of deep intimacy. Ideal for dinner before a night of deep intimacy.

    3. Spinach
Loaded with folate, magnesium, and natural nitrates. These compounds help produce nitric oxide, which improves blood flow—including to the penis—enhancing erection strength and endurance. These open your blood vessels and relax your muscles—resulting in better mood, stronger erections, and the ability to go deeper without fading.

    4. Bananas
This fruit contains dopamine precursors and vitamin B6. Think of it as nature’s sex snack—portable, subtle, but potent.

    5. Avocados
Healthy fats, magnesium, and potassium. They nourish your nervous system, balance hormones, and give your stamina a serious boost.

Bonus Snack Hack: A few dark chocolate squares with a handful of walnuts = an afternoon dopamine spike and longer-term hormonal support. Dark chocolate contains flavonoids that enhance blood flow and may support mood through serotonin pathways, while walnuts are rich in omega-3s and magnesium—both of which help regulate hormones and sustain energy.

  • *EVERY MINUTE, SOMEONE LEAVES THIS WORLD.*

Age has nothing to do with it.

We're all in this queue without realizing it.

We never know how many people are in front of us.

We can't go to the back of the line.

We can't get out of line.

    We can't stop moving forward.

So, while we wait in line...

    Let's make peace!

    Let's do good!

    Let's tell the truth!

    Let's be honest!

This world will leave us one day, that's for sure.

There's no point holding a grudge against someone who could leave at any moment.

There's no point sending a brother to prison when you yourself could leave first.

What's the point of boasting about putting others down when you could be gone in the next few minutes?

Why do you let yourself be deceived by your money, your social position, and your connections, when you're not the first to have them?

While you seek your brother's death for a piece of land in the village, others exploit your continent and even invade planets.

    Evil is ignorance.

    Pride is for the foolish.

    Selfishness is for the poor.

    Betrayal is for the weak.

So let's do good while we're still alive!

Let's use the little time we have left to reveal the secret of life.

This secret seems both simple and absurd.

It's what keeps the world on tenterhooks.

May God bless you richly and abundantly.

    TODAY IS OLDER PERSONS' DAY

On this occasion, warmest greetings to all ELDERLY citizens and BEST WISHES for an active and HEALTHY LIFE.
ELDERLY PERSONS should note and seriously follow the SAFETY TIPS mentioned BELOW.

    3. Do not BEND your body to touch your TOES. Warm up your entire body first.

    4. Do not STAND up to put on your PANTS or UNDERWEAR. Put them on in a SITTING position.

    5. Do not SIT down when you LYING DOWN in bed. SIT down on one side (left or right) of your body first.

    6. Do not TWIST your body before EXERCISE. Warm up first.

    7. Never WALK BACKWARDS. A FALL backward can cause SERIOUS INJURY.

    8. Do not BEND at your HIPS to lift heavy weights. BEND your KNEES and lift a heavy object while SQUATTING.

    9. Don't JUMP out of bed. Wait a few minutes before getting up.

    10. Don't FORCE your DEFECATION. Let it come NATURALLY.

Another IMPORTANT thing you must be ACTIVE in is to always THINK POSITIVE because LIFE is just beginning NOW.

After all these YEARS of hard work, it's time to enjoy LIFE...

Please pass this on to all the ELDERLY.

This is sent to you out of LOVE and much RESPECT. Please don't FORGET to share it with those around you, my DEAR ONES

*Akara and Pap was breakfast served every morning in a hostel of 100 people.*

*Out of the 100, 80 didn’t like it. They complained daily, saying they were tired and wanted something different.*
*But the remaining 20 were satisfied. They liked it just as it was.*

*To solve the issue, the warden introduced a simple rule: Every night, everyone would vote for what they wanted to eat the next morning. The meal with the highest number of votes would be served.*

*So every night, the 20 who loved Akara and Pap voted for it—with one voice.*
*But the 80 who didn’t like it were never united. Their votes went in different directions:*

    18 *for Bread and Tea*

16 *for Yam and Egg Sauce*

    14 *for Jollof Rice*

    12 *for Spaghetti*

    10 *for Indomie*

10 *for Moi Moi and Pap*

*Can u guess what the result was every single time?*
*Akara and Pap kept winning, Not because it was the best, but because the people who didn’t want it were too divided to agree on anything else.*

*In Nigeria, many are tired of the same old hardship, bad* *governance and recycled leadership.*
*We know who and what the real problems are.*
*But even those who want change are divided—along tribal lines, party names, personal interest, ego and ambition.*

*2027 might seem far away, but it's already around the corner. If we don’t learn from this story, we will wake up again to another bitter round of the same “meal” we’ve been served for ages.*

*The World Bank has already projected that poverty in Nigeria will keep rising until 2027.*
    *That’s not just a statistic—it’s a warning.*
*And the sad truth is this: If we miss 2027, it'll only get worse.*

    *This Is a Salient Message*
*THERE'S POWER IN UNITY, NOT JUST IN NUMBERS.*

*A United Minority Is More Formidable Than A Divided Majority.*
